What is green tea?

It is dervied from a shrub native to China and it used to support health health and lower cholesterol. It contains a great source of antioxidants known as catechins which support immune system function and fat metabolism. 

Is green tea good for burning fat and/or losing weight?

Green tea extract is beneficial for boosting metabolism which increases fat burning. This accelerated rate of fat burning can occur both during exercise and at rest.

Why not just drink green tea?

The antioxidants in green tea supplement form is just as effective as drinking a glass of green tea. The pill form may contain less caffeine and more of an antioxidant concentration. Green tea supplements are also a great alternative to getting geen tea benefits without the taste of green tea (if you do not like it).
