Poor Customer Service
The ribbon is beautiful but the color is not Plum it's more purple than Plum. Customer service would not allow me to return the $2.79 ribbon. They would rather lose a customer than refund $2.79! Plus I paid for shipping! I am done ordering from third party retailers on Walmart.com. I'd give them a zero for customer service.

    I purchased this to tie up rolled bath towels for graduation gifts. It is wide, well constructed, and did the job nicely. I make ties for the boys and bows for the girls.
