? satisfied my son loved it. Didn't know the mask lights up which makes it even more awesome. Loved the service and the fact that it was delivered the next day just on time for his birthday.

I bought this bike on line and had it delivered to Middletown,NJ for his birthday 28 Mar 2020. He road the bike a couple of times on the weekend in front of his house. The bearings fell out where the pedal / gear for the chain go into the bike housing. Cheap parts

    This bike WAS great but after a few rides the chain keeps breaking off…. So disappointed and it's outside of the return window so now it's just garbage

    Defect in Bike Latch
    My grandson really loved seeing his new Spider-Man bike. However, he has not been able to ride it because of a latch that keeps the seat in place and allows you to adjust the seat had a defect. The latch doesn't work.

    Pictures online don't do this cute bike justice!
    Super cute bike! I didn't read the description well because I was pleasantly surprised when it arrived and I realized the eyes on the “mask” light up and it makes sounds. The colors are vibrant and clear. Even the training wheels have a nice sticker on them to add a little extra detail. Overall, very nice beginner bike. It's a gift for my grandson so I can't comment on how it rides yet but I hope he loves it as much as I already do lol.

    i didn't get the same bike when i went to return the bike because it was broken! They gave me a gift card of what i paid for it but the bike is now more expensive than what it was when i bought it!

    After arriving a day later than the guaranteed delivery date. Item arrived with a flat tire that won't hold air and the store placed a sticker directly on the seat that ruined the seat. My son was so excited to see it but unfortunately that all he can do with it. See it. Because it cannot be ridden. Totally disappointed.

    We bought this bike for our 3 year old for Christmas. It did not come with the training wheels as listed on the box. I did not see the previous reviews about this until after the fact. Please purchase in store. Needless to say, our 3 year old did not get to ride his new bike yesterday. Extremely disappointed!

    The box looked pretty beat up when it arrived at our house. I did not open because it wasn't until December that I needed it for a birthday for my four-year-old grandson. Only ONE training wheel in the box! Where is the quality control anymore? Pretty frustrating! A disappointment for our four-year-old who can't jump on his bike at his birthday party. Didn't think I need to put it together three months before the event to see if all the parts were there. Live and learn!

    I ordered this bike for my 4-year old son for his Christmas present. It's cute and the Spider-Man head makes noises, however I'm thinking I was given the display bike. I was looking at the bike, and the training wheels and regular wheels are worn. For this to be a brand new bike, it looks like someone test drove it in the store, on top of price stickers being half way torn off on the seat and handle bars. I know my son won't notice any of this on Christmas Day, but when I purchase something, I expect it to be brand new.
