It's a regular notebook with lined pages. The color of the cover is nice. Can't write on it. It may smear. The paper is thin, but workable. The lines are a little close together so I find myself skipping a line. It's a three subject and has a pocket folder to separate the subjects. Overall good notebook

Good notebook with extras
This notebook is really nice. It has a thick plastic cover that seems to be tear resistant. I also like that any spills (from snacks or study lattes and smoothies) will easily wipe off of. Inside front contains a labeled world map, basic punctuation rules, metric conversions, basics for fractions, decimals, and percentages, basic spelling rules, and a ruler! There is a space marked off to keep your schedule written down as well as a page full of internet safety tips and research info and websites. The subject page dividers have pockets so important info can be kept right in your notebook. The pages are micro perforated but they work about as well as any other, sometimes nice and clean, sometimes not. The paper is thick so your pens and highlighters don't bleed through. The back cardboard cover is what I wish the cheaper notebook covers were made of. Nice, thick cardboard that will hold up when crammed in a backpack. This is a great notebook and if you can you should definitely upgrade instead of having to buy multiple cheap ones because they tear up.

    Perfect for students!
    Love how thick and durable these notebooks are!! I ordered a few 1 subject ones as well, and I love all of them. The front pages are definitely a plus as well, and I'm happy that I don't have to worry about the notebook cover tearing off mid school year :)

    I got this Exceed Spiral 3 subject college rules notebook for my son who is in high school. He really likes it because the subject dividers have pocket to store loose papers in. The paper is also thick and easy to tear along the dotted line. This is a great quality notebook for a lower price than other competitors.

    I use this 3 Subject notebook for writing down scriptures I read about or hear in church that I want want to read up on and research later and write down more information on what I researched. I like that it has 3 subjects so that I can separate by the books of the Bible. This 3 subject notebook can be used for multiple things such as school and work also. They are great to keep on hand around the house because either me or my kids need one from time to time.

    Exceed spiral notebook it always my first choice! They are made very well and last a long time! This one intertitular is a 3 subject, 120 sheets and has pockets on each side of the dividers. The price is easy on the pocket and this produce always succeeds my expatiations. i would recommended this to any student.

    I like this notebook for my granddaughter for school. It has plenty of pages, it comes with pockets for school subjects, it's college ruled do she doesn't have to write so small for assignments. I also like how the cover is made...not hard but soft and sturdy. The front part of the notebook has useful information world map,punctuation help, metric conversions, spelling and math help. I definitely recommend this for middle to high school students.

    Great for students going back to school or a busy mom balancing many things for many people! Example: My 3 subjects were Kids Appointments, Mom's appointments and Grocery List/Meal Planner. The folders are really helpful to keep receipts and or printed out paperwork for whatever subjects you need. I have one specifically for recipes I find or jot down from memory and receipts just in case I need to return something. This notebook is a good buy in my opinion.
