Love this trampoline!!
We love this trampoline! My kids have spent hours playing on it. My husband and I can jump along with our kids and have had no issues with a weight limit, whereas other trampolines we looked at were a max of 300lbs. The safety net hooks underneath the mat which is great because I don't have to worry about little fingers or getting hurt on the springs. We love that it comes with a basketball hoop. It is also lower to the ground than others we looked at. It has an extra leg support bar than other trampolines as well which I feel makes it sturdier. Huge win and this is was a great purchase!

Poor quality/ misrepresentation of product
The pole that the basketball hoop is attached to is so flimsy my 5 year old bent it playing basketball. It ended up snapping. The hoop worked for maybe 5 minutes before it flops down every time they try to shoot a ball. Also, the description says 800 pound weight limit and in the manual it says 330 pounds. Poor quality and misrepresentation of the actual product. Paid a higher price for the higher weight limit and hoping for a quality product. Our $200 previous trampoline lasted 4 years with a basketball hoop and never had an issue. Save your money!

    I bought this trampoline as a fun activity summer present for my kids. The size is perfect for the two of them including my neighbor kids. When they got home they were so happy and they love it! Even the little basketball hoop is cute too as the trampoline comes with the basketball hoop. This was a great purchase for my family.

    NOT WORTH TAKING A CHANCE
    We have had this for less than a year. The basketball pole had broke half. The right side is bent about to break as well!!!! When it first arrived stuff was missing. My dad had to go to HomeDepot to replace it. I contact the seller and they said they'll send out another pole to replace. HOW AM I SUPPOSE TO know if this won't happen again? My son is only 5 and the ONLY child. He is the only person who jumps beside my little sister which she doesn't weigh much either. I will update what happens next after I sent photos this waste of my money.

    It was a perfect gift for my grandchildren.
    I did a lot of research before I chose this trampoline. The biggest thing I liked was…it had a total weight limit of 800 pounds where all the other trampolines only had 400 pounds limit. I wanted the strongest one as my grandchildren would be playing on it. The joy of seeing my grandchildren run around on it was pure excitement. It was the perfect Christmas present. My husband and son had no problem putting it together. It took about 2.5 hours total.

    Great trampoline.
    All in all a great trampoline so far. We bought this as a Christmas gift for our kids ages 2-18. We love that it has a ladder. We specifically chose a bigger trampoline so more people could jump at one time. Also wanted the basketball hoop. Our previous trampolines didn't have either of those. I also love that the metal pieces are all connected and held together with screws. Previous ones were not and the bottoms pieces would fall off when we moved it to mow. They sent a few extra screws, bolts and washers which is great in case you lose one. It took my husband 2 hours to assemble by himself, and another 30 mins to do the weaving of the string to secure the net to the mat which we did the next day before the kids got up. We are a little baffled as it came with a black thin mat that doesn't seem to go anywhere. There was no mention of it in the instructions so we are unsure of where it goes. Also the wrench that was sent stripped out after the second bolt so we had to use our own. I also really like that the zipper door has buckles to secure it better. Although the door is a bit small for adults. The blue mat that goes around the trampoline over to springs doesn't quite fit, and you put that on second to last, so it won't go all the way over the bar and stay down. There should be slits in it where the bars go. And we are afraid to cut it on our own. Will edit review in a few months to a year if something else happens after we've had some actual use out of it. I do think the price was high compared to our old trampolines. Inflation is a beast, but this seemed a bit more than normal. Oh the black string also frayed really badly as I was securing the net. I had to use a lighter to melt it, but thankfully it was more than long enough even though we lost a few inches. Kids and I had a great time on Christmas Day jumping!

    I absolutely love this trampoline! I bought it for my 6 grandchildren. I did a lot of research prior to buying and after reading all the positive reviews plus the fact it was the only trampoline that said it had a weight limit of 800 pounds I knew this was the one. We got the 14ft with the basketball net. I wanted one that all 6 of my grandkids and some of their friends could play on at the same time if they wanted. This trampoline is solid, roomy, and awesome! I knew I wouldn't be able to put it together by myself so for $99 I included the expert assembly in the price. It was well worth it! A local handyman contacted me and scheduled an appt. to set it up. It only took him 2 hours to set it up and I felt comfortable seeing he knew what he was doing. It's been a couple months and my grandkids still love it. In fact they play on it almost every day! Even my adult children have played on it. One suggestion, be sure and order the tie downs as one good wind could blow it into your neighbors yard! We get the Santa Ana winds here in Cali and there have been a few nights where I was concerned but thanks to the tie downs it's still here LOL Best purchase I've made in a long time!

    Read reviews and saw weight capacity. Hoped for the best but have not even had this 6 months and it is already falling apart at the seams, literally. 3 springs already came off at the seams where the fabric loops connect the triangle hooks for the springs to connect. Purchased August of 2021. $480 waisted.

    Great family trampoline
    My family is enjoying the trampoline so much! It looks and feels sturdy. I am not concerned about jumping and being to heavy. Set up was fairly easy. My husband was able to put most of it together on his own. Only on a few parts did he need assistance. Everything was included and we were not missing any parts. It fits great in our backyard. Our son loves it and jumps on it ever day!

    Overall a great product and great customer service
    We looked at several trampolines before getting this one. We were looking for something that is safe for the kids and that will look high quality and make the backyard look beautiful. When I saw this trampoline, the price was competitive and it looked pretty good. We ordered the trampoline in August. The delivery was quick and all parts arrived as expected. The assembly was a little bit of work but it was still manageable. It was time consuming and required 2 adults to assemble it but the trampoline turned our good. The trampoline looks sturdy and safe for the kids to play on. My kid loves being on it all the time. The overall quality is also very good. The materials used look high quality as well. We use it all the time and it easily can hold 6 kids playing on it. It is also safe for medium weight adults to play on it with the kids. The size and weight is also as expected. It is heavy enough and doesn't move around easily which makes it a safe option for the kids to play on. Overall, its a good quality trampoline and I am very glad that w chose this option out of all the random options in the market. The customer service seems very good as well. They sent an email after the delivery to see if the delivery was ok. They also encourage reviews and feedback and that shows that they are concerned about customer experiences. Overall all it's a good quality and safe trampoline and the customer service seems great too. I highly recommend the product and the seller.

    Amazing trampoline
    This trampoline is amazing not just for children but for adults! The weight limit is great so the whole family can be on it! I like that it is lower to the ground it makes me feel more safe for the kids to not get injuries! The safety net puts my mind at ease and seems very supportive with holding all the kids running around the edge. We do zip it up when they are in there jumping and running around. We are so please with this purchase as it had one part missing! When we put it all together we noticed one part was missing we were so upset. We contacted the seller and they sent the part with no trouble that week! It was one of the last parts needed along the top! This trampoline was easy to put together my husband did it alone in one afternoon! We love our trampoline and so do all the kids!!! If you are looking for a birthday gift, Christmas present, or a special present this is your go to gift! We do have younger kids on this but I think it is great for older kids as the weight capacity is so high. It is very light weight to move around in the yard if you need to mow around it. The basketball hoop is steady and good for play, we use smaller balls in there and they work well for playing and shooting hoops. You will not regret it if you buy this and the customer service helps make it even more enjoyable!
