Very Good
I have tried most of the canned salmon on Walmart site, they all taste about same. This is the cheapest and tastes just as good as any of the others. I even paid double the price and tried Chicken of Sea red salmon, could not see or taste any major difference

    Only from Walmart. Handled with care.
    The product is awesome. The problem is the lack of professional packaging from Whoever packs the orders. Cans came in a small box that seemed like was air dropped with no parachute. I mean really? How hard can it be. Amazon packages groceries that can be delivered flawlessly. Walmart is the only place you can get a delivery of potato chips boxed with a 5 qt jug of motor oil. Genius

    Good price, fast delivery. If Walmart would just do a little bit better on packaging -maybe an extra piece of paper or two - the cans would not arrive bent and I wouldn't have to throw any away. The dents are sometimes so severe, the can looses its vacuum. Do not use any can that spurts liquid out. There should always be a sucking sound when the seal breaks.

    Surprised at the sharp bones
    I bought several cans for our meals and our pets. I opened the first and was surprised to find actual sharp bones in addition. To the normal round bones. Is this normal? I happened to be serving that can to cats and dogs so I wasn't concerned. Im not sure Id like to try to deal with pointy bones in my food.

    My husband and i each salmon sandwiches for lunch. I also make salmon patties for dinner with a few hash browns and cream corm. One of his favorites! His Mom made it, too.

    Major Shipping Damage
    Never Again - Apparently Walmart thinks it is okay to ship cans of salmon with 20 lb bags of rice and include little to no packing material...of course this leads to major damage. All of 16 cans returned - this could be quite dangerous and allow air/bacteria to enter the food. Their shipping needs to improve - this is my 3rd straight order with major damage. I think I'm done for a while.

    6 of the 8 cans were dented. It looks like they literally threw them in a Walmart box with a little bit of paper and shipped em out. The product may be wonderful but whoever boxed this needs training.

    This is a quality product and there is only slight traces of an fish bone or skin in this high quality product. A superior product. I eat it right out of the can.
