Fast acting probiotic
The probiotic capsules are easy to swallow with no aftertaste. They're supposed to help your immune system , help you have mental clarity, and focus. You have to take two capsules daily. Probiotic capsules are supposed to help with a healthy digestion. The capsules are fast absorbing and seem to do a very good job. I would recommend these probiotic capsules

Hard to swallow & Did not see any benefit
I am a Spark reviewer for Walmart and was sent a free 2-pack (120 capsules) of Rocufast 40B Probiotic Immune Boost to review. The Rocufast capsules are about 1” long and very hard to swallow. The capsule coverings themselves are hard to swallow and no matter what type of liquid I used to try to wash the capsules down they just stuck in the back of my throat making it a very uncomfortable experience. The dosage here is 40 Billion CFU and the bottle says take 2 a day, one in the morning and one at night. I took them for 3 days as directed but did not notice any difference in my health or digestion. The supplements state that they will help boost immunity by aiding in digestive health and boost mental clarity, but I did not notice any difference for me in any of those areas. Since to me there was no benefit in taking the Rocufast 40B Probiotic Immune Boost capsules and since it was very uncomfortable to do so, I do not recommend this product.

    These 2 pills a day of Rocufast 40 Billion Probiotic w/Imunne Boost really help to boost your immunity and regulate your system. Helps with clarity and wellness over all. Easy to swallow and only 2 pills a day (am & pm). It took about 5 days to start feeling the effects, but the longer I was on them it really helped. Having all the lactobicillus varieties is great for your tummy.

    As good as any probiotics I've tried
    This supplement is a good way to add more probiotics to your diet. It has several strains of friendly bacteria, and prebiotics to help feed the bacteria. It's no substitute for a healthy lifestyle, but it can certainly help with digestion and overall well-being. The gelcaps are easy to swallow, and are made of vegetable cellulose, not animal products. I don't see any difference between them and the probiotics I usually take, but they're as good as any I've used regularly in the past.

    Nice pills. Not hard to swallows. I, myself, haven't seen a change to my skin. But at the same time it hasn't gotten any worse. I didn't have any known side effects to the pills. I received this product from the Spark Reviewer program.

    Not for me
    I wanted to like the probiotic pills and I wanted the pills to work, but the pills did not work for me. I took these for two weeks and after the first day I noticed my tummy looking a little on the big side. I finished out the first week and went ahead and only took one pill for the second week, but that didn't help me at all. For whatever reason my body was unhappy while taking these.

    Just the right price for me...
    I started taking these 40B Probiotics Immediately after receiving them. I've always had stomach issues but these capsules didn't cause me any problems. The are also very easy to swallow.

    Been trying these for a week now. My doctor told me to take a probiotoc, so I am giving these a try. I think you have to take them for a fair amount of time to truly know if they work. But so far it seems fine. I will keep taking them to see.

    I Noticed a difference right away!
    I received my 2-pack of Rocufast 60 Billion CFU Probiotics, and immediately began taking them daily. I can't believe what a tremendous difference they've made in the way my digestive system is working, since I began taking these. I'm noticing so much less bloating, and I feel much lighter! I'm not feeling the usual indigestion and nausea that is common for me. The only thing I've changed, is that I've started this new probiotic supplement. I am so pleased with them, and absolutely plan to continue taking them every day. They are easy-to-swallow capsules, and leave no aftertaste. These are great! I'm very happy to have been given a chance to try these, and that they are readily available over-the-counter. I really feel that I've done my body a huge favor in starting this supplement, and would absolutely recommend them!
