Great e-bike, Great customer service
I have used this e-bike for a few weeks now and it is not only a great e-bike, it is a nice bike period. I mostly use it without the pedal assist unless I am facing a decent sized hill or a strong headwind, and it pedals well. I had a problem with shipping, but once I contacted the company, they were helpful, apologetic and I got my bike the next day.

Instructions for putting The bike together we're hard to understand I had to disassemble the handlebars several times. Also my bike came with a flat tire. Not impressed for the price I paid for it even at a discounted rate the bike should have working tires.

    Great quality product.
    This is a great product for the price. Not to say that it lacking due to price. You can use it as pedal assist or full electric. Pedals easy without electric assist. Also the folding feature is great for transport.

    Efficient, Effective
    Before purchasing this eBike, I did a deep dive into the pro's and con's of what actually makes a great eBike. For me; a tall 265lbs guy, the following was critical and listed based on priority: 1-price, 2-warrantees, 3-braking system, 4-weight, 5-speed, 6-longevity. I can not comment on longevity yet, but based on everything else, it hits the mark. My experience with the seller has been nothing short of stellar. I had defective front brakes that clearly were damaged during manufacturing and a replacement was promptly shipped. Communication with seller was both courteous and professional. I highly recommend this bike for large people!

    A fabulous bike at a great price!
    I've had this bike for over a month and it's an awesome ride! Have used it to commute and ride to the beach and have had nothing but fun. It actually goes faster than I expected...about 20 mph using the throttle and no pedaling. Solid construction...long battery life....smooth ride. Bought red flashing lights and a mirror and feel safer. Excellent value for sure!!

    Very rough ride. Handle bar grips hard as a brick causes numb hands. Over all a nice bike for the money but with the ride being rough it's not enjoyable to ride. I would not recommend this e-bike even though the price is nice.
