So far this is great!
I bought this a week ago and so far it's great! I love the black stainless steel on the front (doesn't show fingerprints). I went there for a different brand but picked this due to stock. It's very quiet and the turn table is very smooth. My previous one was Magic Chef that worked 2 yrs

Defective Upon Arrival
The fan did not work and the unit emitted an extremely loud humming noise. Submitted this condition to an electrical engineer and a Hamilton Beach rep, both of whom agreed the unit was defective. Returned for refund.

    i first bought this microwave and would smoke when cooking for more than 5 min. one day i decided to microwave rice. 5 min cook stir and than 5 min stir. done. nope. it shut off im assuming it over heated. finally a month later since covid is going away i was told i could exchange it so i did. in hopes if i wanted to do the same it would be good. not the case at all. stopped working right away, but this time only 7 min into cooking the rice. im at a loss of words now.

    Money waster!
    As others have commented. SAVE YOUR MONEY!! I bought this exactly 13 months ago and it just flat out stopped working. I was using it and a minute later, I needed to continue the cook process. The light came on and the timer started - nothing else. Per Hamilton-Beach, they made this unit just for Walmart and they have nothing to do with any warranty. Everything must go through Walmart and because it is 1 month out of warranty, it's headed to the dump. It did work well and the only issue I had with it was the plastic cover over the keypad. Within a couple of months, the cover was tearing over the 'start.' I should have packed it up right then and there but decided to hang onto it. The one I replaced was 17 yrs old and this brand new one lasted 1 year.

    Nice look - Best unit.
    Nice design. Works great. Very easy to use. My old panasonic broke and I purchased this one and found no difference with my old unit. With this price I cannot find better deal.

    This is my second purchase. I bought one a couple years ago & gave it to my sister. This time i bought one for me. It's spacious and warms food evenly. I love it.

    DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY
    This microwave worked for 13 months 7 days (kept the reciept) before the power supply failed and the microwave stopped working. Walmarts 90 day return policy was expired and the manufacture warranty also expires at 12 months but it is useless anyway considering I cant go a couple weeks without a microwave anyway. The microwave was poor when it worked anyway. The track for the hot plate skipped and wobbled right out of the box and the microwave was so loud normal conversation was not possible next to it. It heated food well but at an annual cost of $65 a year Ill take my chances elsewhere. According to consumer reports, the average lifespan of a microwave is 9 years. This one came up 8 years to short. DONT BUY IT.
