Where's the wind
Where be the wind easy to assemble but it takes about a 40 mile-an-hour wind to get it to turn I put it in front of a high powered fan that I have and it barely can get it to turn and light up but if you put it in 45- 60 mile an hour gusting winds at does turn but I recommend you using a 2 liter bottle and filling it halfway with sand or it's doesn't blow over that speed of wind so I claim this as a junk toy or experiment as it did not work reasonably anyway have to get to be turning with natural when it takes a wind load of it.
