Great supplement
After the first 10 days I feel stronger, lighter and more focus, in 2 weeks I lost 5 pounds this pill does good things with obviously a little attention to food but it also cuts the hunger down pretty good. I grew up in Italy plenty of carbs and this pill does the work!

Energy booster!
I'm on Keto and I do strength training 5 times a week for 30 minutes, I watch my caloric intake as I'm trying to lose weight these haven't had an impact on that at all, but I do like them for energy I take them right before breakfast and they boost my energy for hours. I've ordered a second bottle already because of the energy benefits but they didn't work for weight-loss, I've been taking these for a month now so I have a pretty good idea on how they work with my body. No jitters, no stomach issues at all either. I like them.
