Doesnt work i brought this item for my daughter birthday soon as she turned it on the battery light stayed solid red and the board itself kept making a beeping noise i plugged the board to charge for 4 hours still doing the same thing i also tried to troubleshoot the board still does the same thing this is very disappointing my daughter cant even use the only gift she really wanted i will be returning item first thing in the morning

    Did not work. Could not troubleshoot. Very sad boy on Christmas Day. We bought it just after Thanksgiving for Xmas and didn't open it until Christmas Morning. No way to return. Company doesn't respond. I will not ever purchase from Walmart as they should not allow resellers who do not do returns. Sneaky and sad.

    Not a bad mode of transportation...........
    Me and I friend used 2 of these hover boards and 2 extension wagons to move him out of his apartment. 4th floor long hallway, into the elevator, out on the ground floor, to the street to load into the truck. Zipping back to the 4th floor with the empty wagon in hand pulling behind me. I'm 235 pounds and this board handled like a champ for the entire move (3hrs).

    Purchased 2 of them one broke under 30 days left side wouldn't hold a charge, doesn't turn left at. The company I purchased it from H.A.I, has no way to return this product, they have a phone number but "never" answer. No email??? Purchased through Walmart.com. nightmare trying to return this product, just to exchange, started trying to return the hover board on November 20, 2017. Today is December 6, 2017.??????????? Still not response from H.A.I. 3rd party vendor. Run around all around run around. Hope and pray the other one lasts till its out of manufacture warranty, at least I can call care plan customer service and actually get through.
