This customer service team is the best ever. I purchased this outdoor furniture in May and I washed all the cushion covers in October since it's getting cold I assume I will use those cushions next year when it's getting warmer in my area. Then the accident happened. I found all the side line of the covers were shrunk and cannot fit with the cushion anymore after came out from dryer with high temperatures. So I emailed the customer service with the photos of the deformed covers. And I got quick response from them and they resent me all covers with cushion in it. I really appreciate their professional support and efficient services. Thanks again for the great service. Highly recommend this company's product.
