comfortable. worth the price
This Furniture is amazing. it's so comfortable. I love it because we can arrange it in different ways especially with this covid-19 time.I invited some of my friends on backyard and we could arrange it per couples. I also could arrange it to become a bed and we spend two night with no backache :)

Don't buy
Don't Buy. I needed this for a birthday party so people can sit outside during covid. I ordered it with enough time to deliver. My items did not leave on time to make it when it was promised to arrive. I complained to walmart amd wanted the tracking numbers. 2 out if the 3 boxes arrived days late. I do not have time to assemble it before my visitors arrive. 1 box never arrived. I complained and was told by walmart that they spoke to the vendor and it will arrive yesterday. It was still in transit. I insisted I wanted the tracking number. Vendor finally responded to please patient it would arrive in a few days. I insisted on the tracking numbers for ALL 3 boxes. I was then given an estimated arrival for the missing box in another 6 days. This is unacceptable. Obviously they never sent the last box until I complained. Based on other reviews this is not a quality product and parts don't match. I am not assembling this only to take it apart to return it in a week when the last box arrives. Highly disappointed. I know I shouldn't try to go through an outside vendor.

    Getting what you pay for...
    Missing 2 whole sections and most of the hardware. Real hassle to get communication from seller. Back support pillows are extremely thin to the point you can feel the back support frame. Regreting this purchase.

    The furniture is beautiful, however the company did not send enough parts to complete the set up. There were 14 bolts missing. I purchased the additional set up with delivery, and was informed of this by the assembly man. I am waiting for this to be resolved by customer service now.

    Beautiful set! Upgrades my backyard area. I love it. It's sturdy and I used assembly service to put together. It arrived missing screws but the assembly person went to the hardware store and purchased new ones and Walmart refunded me immediately for the money I laid out. It was also missing three cushions and I contacted the seller and they are sending out immediately I couldn't be happier with the service!!

    The clips connecting the sections broke as very hard to get on and when topped up to get on and back down the screws broke through the feet as plastic cracked...cushions are great and easy to put together

    Perfect patio set!
    We are loving this patio set! We love that we can customize the layout and really happy with the look of it! It is very comfortable! We order this set in the gray and black and two of the cushions were accidentally the wrong color. The company offered to send us new cushions! So impressed with the customer service! Several of our friends have ordered this same patio set! Hurry before its gone!!

    Looks good, minor issues so far.
    Ours arrived in 5 days instead of the promised 10, so that was good. Assembly isn't that hard, but the images in the manual don't closely match the parts, so you have to do some experimenting for Box B. My Box B was missing 5 needed nuts and bolts, but I just happened to have suitable replacements on hand. The cushions are supposed to be gray, but they are more of an ivory color. The back cushions are too thin in my option, so when you lean back on them you really feel the top edge of the chair, which is a bit lower than I'd like, around the mid back area. I may slip some sturdier foam into the back cushions. Oh, and foam in the bottom cushions still show dents from how they were packed, which is jammed too tightly with and into other parts - hoping they will fluff up in time. Overall, it does LOOK like units costing twice the price, even at Sams or Costco, so I'm happy about that! Main bummer is the ivory cushion color instead of the gray it was supposed to be. Not sure if I'll bother to demand the right color or just get used to it. They're nylon (and somewhat thin), so they can't be dyed, but they do un-zip off, so they can at least be washed.

    I want to give this 5 stars but I received the incorrect color (of cushions). Of course this would be an easy fix by communicating the issue and arranging an exchange. The issue is, I never heard back from Superjoes customer service department . They acknowledged having received my complaint but never resolved my issue. The set itself, is very nice and comfortable but the fact that its is not the correct color AND no one ever reached out, is beyond an eye soar. I am currently looking to have the cushion covers replaced so it can match Covers can be pricy so I am not happy about the additional expense.
