TOO SMALL AND HARD
Small enough to fit small living areas, but I highly recommend looking elsewhere for something better. The couch is HARD. It's the most uncomfortable couch ever. It's like sitting on a thin carpetted floor. On top of the discomfort, you're also purchasing it online, so the return process is a pain if you decide this couch won't work out for you. I'm in the middle of a refund dispute right now. Since it is sold through Marketplace, Walmart will not take the return in store. When you contact customer care, they reach out to Cymax to contact you on how to return the couch. You'd have to haul the couch to a carrier of choice and ship the couch back to CA, with shipping costs at your own discretion. In other words, you'll lose money. IMO, don't buy anything from Walmart Marketplace, including Cymax. Returns should be easier than this, especially when you're blindly purchasing a couch. So, don't buy.

    DO NOT BUY!
    The chaise part of the couch came completely broken and will not shut. The screws were all out on the one side and completely ripped through where they were put. It also came in 6 different boxes at different times. I was only offered a partial refund from Walmart (what will that do) or return it which how am I going to rebox all the item, i would have to purchase new boxes and I live in the city so i have no car to even do that annoying concept of a return. Save yourself the trouble and spend a little extra on a better couch or one that is assembled and delivered by the same company.

    Must do better with delivery perfect day room
    The delivery system SUCKS I took off work after they gave me a date and it never arrived couldn't get any update although I called and emailed . The furniture however nice and easy assemble

    I like the couch, it has its pros and cons .
    This couch is perfect for my space . I love the color . It is very firm but comfortable, I was looking for a firm couch but couldn't find anything suitable in stores . If you are a petite person this couch would be a good fit . The back rest is kinda low but ok for me and the kids . My husband will not be able to use this couch . He is 6'4” and a whole lotta feller . That's ok with us because he prefers to sit in his recliner. It's not as sturdy as I would like especially having kids . It was easy to put together but it didn't come with any hardware to put the feet and wheels on ! It's currently sitting on the floor which will not work because I clean my floors with a crosswave and it will get wet . I haven't figured out how to email the seller yet . I may have to make a trip to the hardware store and hope for the best . I am less than thrilled about this .

    not what i expected this should be more in the kids section as this would be perfect for toddlers room or my 4 year old ,customer service wasnt so great initially to process my return an now want me pay for shippin Walmart was helpful during this process being that whom i ordered it thru

    Good size but, quality concerns.
    The couch is exactly as described and I found it easy to put together. Fit my space perfectly and Im very happy. It shipped 11 days early. I was supposed to receive it on the 22. I checked one day to show someone which couch I got and the expected delivery was the 11.. I didnt even get an email telling me. I needed to pay FedEx more money to schedule the shipment to a day I would actually be there to receive it. Two screws were missing on the chase! Which impacted the way it opened and we needed to modify it to take it functional. It also made it really difficult to carry the piece. The top was not secured on properly. Additionally, the lining in the interior storage for the chase is torn at the corner. We noticed it once we opened the box. There is also torn lining on the pull out portion by the wheels. All of these things fortunately do not impact the exterior of the couch and it still functions well. We were able to figure it out but, considering I purchased it at full price it is really disappointing it was defective in so many ways.

    Great Buy!
    This is perfect for my kids playroom area! perfect size! The fabric seems very durable and the couch quality is so much better than I thought it was going to be! The bed pullout works great and I love the storage option! The couch is a little on the hard side but I still find it to be comfortable. The price is definitely on point and worth every penny!
