Generator worth the Spend
Purchased this generator in preparation for Hurricane Season in Southeast Texas. I have only test run the unit along with the Transfer Switch I had installed to make transitioning to generator power easier. The unit is about as "loud" as any other unit I have been around (no better, no worse). The electrician that installed the transfer switch thinks I can run the A/C if I don't run other things (i.e., multiple TVs, all the lights on, etc.) For comfort in the summer-time during a hurricane, I think I can do that (hahaha) The unit has easy to read gauges letting you know how much time is left based on the fuel level. Fuel gauges were also very visible. There is an auto-shut off feature if it runs low on oil. This is great unit, that is sturdy and meets all of my requirements for intermittent use.

Customer service is trash.
Generator works fine. They didn't send all the parts with it. Axles and front support and dc charging cables were not in the box. Contacted the company and they sent the wrong parts and not even everything that was missing. Just buy a different generator this whole process has been an absolute pain.

    Excellent emergency home generator
    Excellent quality, as specified in the description. Delivery was by freight carrier. Very heavy at 240lbs. A little louder than I had hope, but for the wattage, exactly what was needed.

    Got generator delivered in timely fashion, assembled it with no problems and let it run for about 15 minutes, Wheels seem to be poor quality, but time and use will tell for that as well as reliability. thanks

    Good Buy -but- Connection Issues were a Surprise!
    With the instant savings it was a very good buy! The additional cost of an extension plug (to enable 50 amp use) was a shocker! Beware of the 50 Amp service receptacle - it does not have sufficient clearance to allow full insertion of most (if not all) standard "RV" hook-up or extension cords for them - these "straight blade" type cannot be inserted fully !??!???! What you need to buy to connect to the 50 Amp circuit: 50 Amp Male - 50 Amp Female RV Extension Plug (~$26). Check it out before you REALLY need it!!

    Have not used it yet, bought it before our winter hits, hoping we dont have to have it but, wanted to be able to keep house warm and hope no pipes freeze if we loose power again this winter. Also we live where tornadoes hit so we now have it for year round use. Will power everything we need it for.

    Awesome Generator!!!
    Recieved generator two days early! That was great! Battery was already installed, just added oil and fuel and it was ready to go! Turned off main power, hooked up generator, started right up and ran any item in the house! Very satisfied!!!

    While this is sitting in the box It's nice to know when the Power is off be it Winter or Summer this will do the job run fridg heat or AC window unit sitting in garage. Past outage in Texas is just a warning of things to come "they" where expecting this to happen during summer. Get Ready Folks it's going to be a bumpy ride.
