You spend more troubleshooting this than listening
This is not just an mp3 player, it plays music, videos, games, you can install apps and surf the internet. Basically its a miniature tablet. All these functions have an impact on the battery life (was expecting a lot better) and the storage capacity, you have exactly half the size available out of the listed 16GB. Setting up this was a pain because trying to set up my account I was typing nonsense. I thought it was because of the device is small and my fingers are hitting the letters around. I got a stylus to be more precise and still all over the place so I realized that to hit the desired letter you have to hit lower and of the right of what you want. This is very frustrating when you type passwords when you don't see what its typed. Another very annoying issue is, when you are listening to a playlist and you pause it to do something, after 4-5 minutes it will go from stand by to full shut down so when you restart you've lost your progress and you have to recreate everything. Also, when I transfer music some of the songs are not playing or disappearing after transfer ( songs are good, I have the same on my phone) or you trying to find a song and it recycles really fast all your songs and you have no time to select. The good things is a very short list, the sound quality is surprisingly good, it comes with a case, screen protector and extra buds. I like the Bluetooth since the reason I got this is to have it on my car all the time to play music and not using my phone. For the price tag, you're better off getting a cheap smartphone and load it with music, they do exactly the same.

File transfer from computer worked fine as usual (a drawback in the last wifi mp3 player I tried), but app installment would add them twice. Read reviews on the limited battery when wifi/bluetooth is in use, so I'm prepared with a portable battery, and the lack of space made a sd card purchase a requirement, as the system and a few apps already take up 11 gbs of the 16 available. Touchscreen keyboard is terribly off, you'll be lucky to get most of the letters correct if you aim for the bottom right. Then I found out it lost the wifi when I went downstairs from the router. This will work well as a mp3 player, for a long time I'm sure, but not as the combination streaming device I wanted.Sara

It was not as nice as some other mp4s I have had. about a month or so after I got it it would not charge well. most cords won't work with it, and it is hard to get it to charge. The battery life is pretty bad more so when using Wifi. It does not have a camera on the front, which is annoying, sense you can't use it for snapchat, etc. its a good tablet for a child, with a teen limit app, were parents can lock down the use of certain apps.Malissa

I returned it the volume was weak to say the least, so i heard from youtube that the AGPTEK does not limit the volume. And it works great !Lobo606
