Good GoPro substitute for the price
Great little sport cam for the money. Came with a lot of accessories to attach the camera to different sport items. Been using it for time lapse photography which I have no complaints about. The steadiness of the video is good for my uses. Happy with the purchase so far.

A great alternative to go pro
This is a great alternative to a go pro. The accessories that come with it are more than enough to get you started creating great content. There are tons of these knock off go pros to pick from. This one works great and I wouldn't hesitate buying it again. The microphone isn't the best. Most aren't on these tiny action cameras.

My daughter wanted a Go Pro for her birthday, but she's 7, so naturally, we wanted a more reasonable option. This has been perfect! I have LOVED having it- reminds me of having old school home movies. I hit a bit of a snag with getting video off the camera and onto my Apple devices… The app is kind of crappy and takes forever to transfer videos (some of that is also my Wi-Fi). However, when I put the SD card on my iMac or iPad/iPhone, the video would save to my Apple device with no sound! I spent hours and days trying to sort this out. Customer service was no help. I finally found a 3rd party app that did the trick! I use an SD card adapter on my iPhone or iPad, open the app called “MediaConvert” , import the video from the card, then compress the video to MP4! Then you can save it to your Photos app!! This process takes 1-2 minutes vs half an hour to get the videos off the card and onto my phone, ready for me to share with friends and family. Really great when you want to immediately show everyone what you've filmed. 10/10 recommend this little camera; just be sure you save this work around if you are an Apple user!!Brittany

Great video qualityPicture quality is good and surprisingly the stabilizer is good as well however didn’t care to much about the sound pick up. I live in a very dusty environment so the plastic cover keeps dust out. I would recommend this camera to everyone! First of being:Battery life: It is not good... the camera itself gets warm, if not hot, but it can be charged wile filming, and comes with 2 batteries with a nice charging station.Picture/Video quality: Overall, EXTREMLY good... as long as you use 4K. slo-mo shots are terrible quality, on a phone it looks ok, but pc... forget about it. Normal videos and photos however, are rlly good. (an yes, it is actually 4k) This company (at least for this prouct) is not trying to scam you at ALL.Bild Quality: VERY GOOD! doesn't collect dust. nice-feeling plastics. The case is very water-proof an durable.Hardware: The sensor is something like 40 - 80 megapixels I forgot... but it's awesome. the mic is on the other hand BAD (easy fix, just get the mic for it and lower the mi-range freqs so it sounds better) Has a good UI and of course can be controlled through buttons and touch - screen.Features: so far, it can do: Photo, photo - self - timer, burst photo, time laps - photo (I don't know what that does, video (duh), slo-mo, time laps, still photo (also no idea), and Driving mode.Software settings: in the video tab: it has Resolution (720P30fps, 720P60fps, 720P120fps, 1080P30fps, 1080P60fps, 1080P90fps, 2K30fps, 2K60fps, 2.7K30fps, and 4K30fps.), Image Stabilization, Gyroscope, Video Encode (H.264, H.265), Slo-Motion (1080P90FPS, 720P120fps), Still Photo (4K30fps), Still Photo Time (3 Sec, 5 Sec, 10 Sec, 30 Sec), Time Laps Interval (0.2 Sec, 0.3 Sec, 0.5 Sec, 1 Sec, 2 Sec, 5 Sec, 10 Sec, 30 Sec, 1 Min), Loop Recording Time (Off, 3 Min, 5 Min, 7Min), External Microphone, Audio Record, Exposure Value (-2, -1.7, -1.5, -1.3, -1, -0.5, -0.3, 0 , 0.3, 0.5, 1, etc., ISO (Auto, 100, 200, 400, 800), White Bal- ok this is gonna take forever if i write all of there down, i would just keep the rest on autoIn the General Tab, There is: Sounds (Volume[0% - 100%] Key tone, touch tone, boot tone), Angle (170°, 140°, 110°, 70°), Diving Mode, WDR, Auto Power Off (Off, 1 Min, 3Min, 5 Min, 10 Min), Screen Saver (Off, 30 Sec, 1 Min, 3 Min), Language (English, FranCais, Deutch, EspaNol, Italiano, {chinese simbols intensify}, PortuguEs), Date Format (YYY/MM/DD, MM/DD/YYYY, DD/MM/YYYY), an other stuff.Conclusion: Overall a good camera, But a real bummer is the mic quality, it is so bad, I might as well turn it off. So if you want to vlog or somthing, use the 10$ external mic, or your phone.Jasper

I have taken videos in green murky low light waters it comes out awesome , crystal clear blue waters even better! I have videos of me swimming, fishes, even a crab and you can see the details as if I took it with my iPhone! I love how I can insert a different SIM cards for different adventures easily and I can charge it with TWO batteries for my longer dive trips that’s so useful! And a battery charger pack! The battery last about 4-6 hours when I swim that’s taking videos pics non stop! This is my fav handy adventure companion I really enjoy and love it!Christina ribas

The megapixel war is more of a marketing gameWhen that many pixels are squeezed into a tiny sensor dynamic range low light performance and fast action shots suffer.12 mega pixel is more than sufficient unless you plan on really really blowing up still shots.Mathematically 12 megapixels work out better for videos plus as noted above the quality of the shots will be much betterphillip gillihan
