Do not buy this unit.
Junk. Several times a day the internet drops out and it reboots. Very annoying. If I could I would return it for a refund.

    Love the "reach" this combo has in my house.
    Works great. Got this to replace my aging modem and router. I can get Wifi to my computer out in my screen room which I couldn't before. Had to pull a WAN line. Terrific improvement.

    Such an improvement!
    Waited a little over a week to review. Range is just fine in my small house. Much faster than rented modem/router from Xfinity. Well worth the cost. Recoup the purchase price in less than a year in savings.

    Good cable modem with good WiFi power
    Easy to set up. Bought to quit renting from cable company internet provider and like to control modem myself. Only problem is when I cut off broadcast off SSID devices won't connect because they scan for available networks(not the modems fault). Hoping the 24 down and 8 up channels improves performance seems to so far.

    Small investment, long term return.
    This actually boosted my wifi signal. I had been renting the wifi modem from Grande Communications and recently found out I could purchase my own. So I did and when I hooked it up I ran a speed test and it was much faster. Plus I save myself $15 each month.

    Crap
    Terrible product. Bought it in May, stopped working in September. Cannot return after 30 days. Nice product Motorola, warranted for a full 30 days! Never again.
