Great buy in Black Friday!
Phone arrived in perfect condition. I was just transferring a SIM card from my current att contract plan and almost everything went smoothly. I did have to go to att for a new SIM card to be made. Its a Security measure in case your phone is ever stolen. But it was a 10 minute fix and the phone works great!

The $200 Run Around
I received an Apple Iphone SE 2020 / 64GB / locked to ATT from Walmart online that was not Preactivated (Registered). I followed the simple activation instructions (ie : Install e-Sim card from the older phone) and completed all prompts. All I got was message " Activation not completed, contact the seller. " The next day I went to the local Walmart Store. I waited approximately 20 minutes for the Tech to return from lunch break. The tech informed me that she could not service phones that were bought online and sent me to Customer Service. I got the same response " We can't help .... you need to contact the online Customer Service. After contacting them I was told that the only choices were to return for replacement or refund. I chose to return for refund. The next day I transferred my e-Sim back to my original phone. I attempted make a call and received message, "Your call can not be completed, please contact customer service." Dailed 611. Message: " Your phone activation has failed, your account is frozen, contact your seller to complete activation." Contacted customer service by landline and had my account reinstated. I am very disipointed with Walmart's service. I will have to purchase a new phone elseware.

    Buyer Beware
    Phone was not marked as sold when I bought it. This was supposed to be a gift and ended up being a curse. It locked the person I gifted it to from their Att account completely and they couldn't make calls. Walmart couldn't fix it. Returned it and spent over an hour trying to get the old phone unlocked to make calls.

    Attention all shoppers I just went and bought this iPhone SE 2nd Gen on December 14th 2020 and I had it for tree years and it quit on me and the battery terrible bad and the iPhone SE don't have night mode on them and they only have touch ID not face ID and I rather have face ID and the iPhone 14 pro Max

    Disappointed with iPhone SE
    The iPhone SE does not come with a charger, I purchased a charger charged the phone, transferred my files from my Samsung phone and that was it. The iPhone would not power back up. I went to the electronics department at Walmart they couldn't do any thing with it. So that was it sent it back, this was my first and last iPhone, Walmart was great with returning the phone.

    do not buy under any circumstances
    phone never activated said it was stolen and canceled my current att account ... i had an interview over the phone and i didn't get it because you people don't know how to scan a phone and according to everyone else won't fix your mistake i will be returning the phone and getting a refund it is not acceptable to sell a phone that doesn't work and punishes the user for purchaseing it. horrible service i expect better

    ATT couldn't activate iphone
    Loved the phone. Good phone for the price. Problem was ATT couldn't activate because their system showed the phone was never sold. Called WalMart and they said their system showed sold (of course why would they ship). Must have been another step to inform ATT. ATT suspended my account for trying to activate an unauthorized phone. Good news is WalMart let me return the phone and refunded my money. I purchased the same phone at ATT store and all good now.

    Do not buy online
    If you buy this phone online it will work for a day and then the next day your entire ATT account will be suspended for connecting a stolen phone. You have to call ATT to get your account unsuspended. It seems that Walmart doesn't scan these as sold before they ship it. Walmart online can only refund you or send you another phone with the same problem. Wish I would have read the other reviews before ordering. Crazy that Walmart hasn't noticed that this is happening.
