Did not receive the monitor with the strip, instead received only the monitor with the lancing device. Picture on website showed monitor with strips and monitor is smaller, very disappointing. Picture attached

    Don't buy this
    I didn't even get the product I bought!!!! I got a completely different box and product inside. The worst part is since this is not returnable I can't do anything.

    Bluetooth Doesn't Stay Connected
    Called helpline and the gentleman told me it is a known issue with the meter to become unpaired. He said it was Apple's fault and that I should move any other Bluetooth devices away from the meter and iPhone—really? Last time I looked I have six other devices paired with my iPhone. Just as well save the money and buy the other model without Bluetooth

    A glucose meter that will display in 20 languages
    Designed for diabetic or pre-diabetic users who live in the US and DO NOT speak or read English well, one can choose the display language from about 20 different languages at the top of the setup menu. It also uses the same test strips and control solutions as the Accu-chek GuideMe meters. Changing the [2 ea] 2032 Lithium 3volt batteries does NOT require a screwdriver or tools of any kind.

    Not very happy
    No test strips included. Dr will not write prescription unless I go to expensive specialist. Lancet will not fit in elastic holder. Shipping/selling agent does not return calls.
