It is what every gate needs!!!!
We own a fencing company and we found this product from VM Innovations and we tried it out for our customers to really give them a sturdy non sagging gate that will last for years. We have ordered over 10 Adjust-a- gates in the two sizes now and we will use them on just about every gate. Once the customer get one installed, their neighbor asks about it and wants to order one for their gates. You need to try it just once. Also, VM Innovations delivers fast and within a few days for this product and it arrives in a nicely packaged box... always can count on VM Innovations and this particular product.

    Very good.
    I like the tallness of the frame and the fact it has a three rail setup crossways. Lots of support for the dog ears. I drilled a hole at an angle all the way through the center rail to accommodate for the guy wire. I love this kit. Can't imagine building a gate without one.

    Two gates Two adjust a gate. Anytime your building a full size wooden gate you need these to keep the gate from sagging and dragging. Well worth the money

    Awesome product to make a perfect gate!
    This is a great product. So easy to make a gate of any width up to 60". Once you have your posts straight and secure, the installation is simple and you will have a rock solid gate that does not sag. This comes in different sizes so pay attention to the maximum width. You can get one with two cross pieces (rails) or three cross pieces. Also, there is a residential grade and a contractor grade. Pay the extra $$ and get the 3-rail contractor version. Walmart has the best price.

    GREAT FOR AMATEURS.
    Maybe a little pricey for what it is but great for an amateur fence builder. Detailed instructions make it a simple job to assemble. Keeps a wood gate from bowing or warping.

    AG 36-3
    Explore all of the options/models before purchasing. I purchased a AG-36 model and returned it for a AG-36-3 (taller). I wish there were an outward opening option w/a hidden hinge.
