I will never buy this chair again. It is very cheaply made and does not assemble per the directions. It already seems like it's ready to fall apart after approximately 10 hours after assembly.

    You can do better
    Had the chair for almost a year, the upright position worked in the beginning, but now it is almost in a recline position. Chair squeaks loudly when sitting down from the plywood in the seat, no adjustment works. You will need to put Loctite Threadlocker on screws for the arms as they are always coming loose. Not worth the 90.00 dollars I paid for it.

    how do I return it as Walmart shipped the chair
    terrible cheap construction does not look like the picture cheap vinal plastic covering Feels like it will break very easy does not fit under my desk arms to high and more

    Frustrated and disappointed
    Base is sturdy, intsructions are great. The wood crumbled when I leaned back. Very frustrating. I don't want to return because I live in the middle of nowhere NV. I will reinforce and rebuild before I go thru the return process. Very nice other than crap particle board.

    only gave chair 3 stars because only used 3months the wheels started to brake apart after first month I changed out broken wheels with wheels off another chair but eventually the part were wheel goes in broke off fram:( this is a very comfortable chair I loved it but just sucks it comes with cheap wheels and bad base were wheels go in...
