Hours of Fun
This Steam engine train looks good, sounds good and is pretty tuff. its got a realistic sound and maneuvers easily between obstacles, because it goes in reverse you may not attach other wagons to this. I am using rechargeable batteries .... keeps it chugging along Makes for a great gift. Will definitely recommend.

Spins in circles, very little forward movement
I really wanted to like this Adventure Force Bump & Go Battery Operated Train Engine. It looks nice and well made. Very beautiful looking train. It doesn't look cheap. Unfortunately, at least the one I got, just spun around in circles. I don't know if this is true of all of them or if I just got a faulty one, but the mechanism on the bottom won't straighten itself out and move forward. I tried to manually straighten it out but nothing helped. It does redirect itself when a bumps into something but it just starts to spin again. Too bad! The red smokestack and front yellow light lights up and flashes. Only the back wheels spin, the others are stationary. On the bottom, there is an ON/OFF/Trial switch, a silent button, the 3-battery compartment, and the moving mechanism.

    Nice train
The sounds are nice and loud and my son loves the fact that it moves on it's own. It's definitely a toy worth buying for toddlers or even older kids, my son is one and it entertains him.

    Realistic sounds
The train is bigger than expected and built strong. The sounds are realistic and loud. The lights draws the attention of kids and adults alike. This train is like Christmas came early. Very upscale and most children would like it.

    Just so so
This train is really cute and makes a few different sounds which is nice, but it only turns circles. I did put something in its way and when it bumped it, it backed up and started running circles again. It's a cute concept but I think they should've made it run straight and then bump into stuff and back up and make a turn. This thing just runs in small circles and that's it. If it would run in different directions it would be a lot cuter.

    Cute train
This little train is very cute and pretty fun. I like that it has the option to turn the sounds off. However, the sounds are part of the fun. I like that if it bumps into something it will redirect and keep going. It seems like the main direction it goes is in a circle. I will note that it arrived with 2 of the 4 clips on the roof piece broken(see pictures) but this did not affect the train or the look. The piece stays attached and there were no functional issues.

    So fun!
My kids love playing with their Adventure Force Bump & Go Battery Operated Train Engine! This makes train sounds with great volume. We like that the train is red since that's my son's favorite color. When the train bumps into something, it changes directions! My kids are constantly busy chasing their Bump & Go Train all around the house. This is a very fun toy!!

    Good for toddlers
So I should point out the item I received had minor damage during shipping as seen in my attached pics. The little light on front of the train was cracked and leaning to the side a little, not a big issue, easily fixed with a couple drops of super glue. So that aside this entertained my son more than I thought it would. He is 4 years old and I thought he may have out grown toys like this but I was wrong. He enjoyed it and played with it inside and outside (on tile and cement patio area only). He liked that it had lights and sounds (which are quite loud). There is a button on the bottom to disable the sound and I found that it works half the time you push it, even with it off the trains moving parts are still a little loud. I think this toy would be suitable for some kids younger than the recommended age on the box (with adult supervision of course) since there aren't any small pieces that can be removed or ingested. There is a little compartment area on back of the train that kids can place other toys etc into. The bump and go feature works well and it always seemed to find its way around the house without getting stuck. The only con I could find with this is the material its made out of seems to be quite delicate, for instance if it was tossed by a kid I could see this breaking immediately. Overall its a good toy if your kids are into trains.

    Fun toy!
This Adventure Force Bump and Go train engine is lots of fun. My grandson and his friends love to follow it around the house. When it bumps into something it changes directions. They love the train sounds it makes. It looks pretty well made. We've had no issues so far and it is a really nice toy train.

    Awesome!
This is such a fun/realistic train for little ones. My daughter likes to play with it on the kitchen floor and it keeps her entertained. If it bumps into anything it will keep on going like nothing ever happened. My only complaint is that it's loud. I was hoping there would be something to adjust the sound level but unfortunately there isn't. Other than that we love it
