Seems to be helping!
I bought this for my husband because he constantly complained of fatigue. He began taking the product and found that it helped him get through the work day, as a lineman, without total exhaustion at the end of the day. It seems to be working for him so I will keep a bottle handy :)

Not for me
After reading reviews, I gave it a try. No improvement was seen. But, remember, everyone is different. So, it may not work for me, but it may work on someone else. I would say give it a try.

    Use at your own peril
    I am sorry to have to report that just a few hours after taking this I ended up in the emergency room at our local hospital with cardiac A-Fib. After all of the testing the doctors concluded that it was most likely due to this product. They carefully reviewed the bottle and it's content ingredients and concluded there was no made in the USA labeling and that these types of products not regulated by US laws could contain anything. So, use this at your own risk. I gave it one star because it wouldn't let me give it no star.
