4.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser12/19/2020Too complicated for the non technical.Too advanced for a daily use phone only. I realize progress is built in to every new iteration of phones, but, for a practical user who just needs to make and receive calls this phone is too complicated. If you want a decent phone this is it. My only concern is the battery runs out of strength before I do and I am 74 years old.michael

3.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser05/22/2020SmartFlip 2020This is the one of the only basic Phones offered now. The number buttons are big and nice. Could be easier to navigate to and from contacts, texts and other functions. Functions not labeled above number keys, scrolling ring takes some getting used to. Difficult to text, I expected that to a degree but worse than I thought. Hard to see the contact you are on/trying to select due to dark background. So few options for those that can't or won't use a smart phone. Battery is good, volume adjusts quite well. I think next I will force this person to get a smart phone as a touch screen has got to be easier for him than this?MammaC

2.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser05/19/2020Assistance for the older GenerationWe purchased this for my Mom who is 90 yrs old. We found the instructions to put the battery in place before charging very hard to open. Also, we feel more instructions should be given in simple terms such as how to increase the volume for ring tone, etc. I believe this phone was made for the older generation and some of them do not have a computer or even know how to download the book to find out how to find these different things needed to set up their voice mail etc. I would recommend a better brochure with the Flip Phones.Flip phones

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser02/24/2020Good FlipGood phone for a flip. Better than the one I had years ago. It does what I want: makes calls, receives calls. Internet is good but I don't use it. Good battery.Joanna K

4.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser02/10/2020Basic alternative to a smart phoneIt's a good phone with minimal functions. Perfect for the purpose - someone who will not use the basic smart phone features and still likes a good flip phone.JR50

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser01/19/2020solid flip phoneSo far I have been fairly pleased with this phone. KaiOS is really nice and the features are great. The only issues I have had is that my phone doesn't want to seem to work with with my wifi anymore it did at first, could be the phone doesn't work with 5ghz or split routers.judahg16
