No Ingredients Listed. No Aroma of Garlic.
Cons: No ingredients listed, does not list where is the product made. So not sure where it come from and what other materials are in the product. This garlic power does NOT have aroma of garlic as I compare this one with the garlic power that I have left. I WILL RETURN IT.

    Very fine powder
    I know this is called garlic powder but I didn't expect it to be such fine silky powder. Good flavor but be careful as I feel it's hard to control the amount that shakes out due to the texture. I was expected a little grainier, like the garlic powder you get in a pizzeria, this isn't like that.

    No vampires here!
    A bargain and good quality. Sure, I'd rather use fresh garlic, but that's not in my budget or timeframe most weeks, so this does just fine. I've given 4 stars instead of 5 b/c the pouring holes are a bit large. I've transferred it to a container with smaller holes so I don't overwhelm with garlic whatever I'm cooking.
