i was missing the headboard and frame, after contacting them they have gone above and beyond to make things right and send me the bed! Very proactive when customers need help and very quick to answer emails

Buyer beware!
Bought at the end of July 2021 and the frame is coming apart. The drawers won't open unless you keep pulling and pulling on them and sometimes it still won't open. 2 of the boards broke and ripped the bottom of the mattress. I definitely won't buy another frame online, only at a furniture store.

Not that this is bad by any means; it was inexpensive, but the quality is decent. The bed was easy to put together but does take a little time. I love the large storage drawers that lock into place when closed. There are no harsh smells. It actually has a very pleasant new furniture smell, but only if you get really close. I bought it for my guest bedroom. I bought a more expensive bed for my master bedroom, but if that doesnt work out, I will probably order another one of these for the master! Highly recommend!Lindsay

The wooden slabs I wouldnt recommend unless they was stronger boards but for the price, look, an storage of this queen bed I find it amazing I do not find it small like some people say its a normal size bed the size of your mattress should be 10inches or more. They do ship the bed frame in 2 different packages so dont freak out like I did lol when you only receive half the bed frame at first. Although the customer service is timely an very generousJodi

Even though delivery was delayed, I received both packages undamaged and with no missing pieces. This bedframe is a space saver, easily assembled, and light weight. In addition to that, no squeaky sounds when we're getting it on lol! The drawers are big and gives you the option to lock them to the frame which is awesome. They slide on the floor and not on a track system and I like that. The only issue I came across was the bottom screw that connects the side rail to the bottom piece of the bed(see picture) was slightly off. Even though it's not screwed all the way in, because it's at a angle, I got it in as tight as I could. I'm 288lbs and it seems to be holding up pretty good. Box spring is not required but I put my old one up there because without it, the mattress would sit too low. Overall, awesome frame...happy customer!!Shannon

That's how big/wide the drawers are. In case people are wondering. The quality of it is excellent. The instructions are very easy to follow. I put this together by myself. It took me about 2 hours almost to put it together. It's says that you really don't need a box spring. But I have one. As you can see.Carmel

The back drawers I had use for my daughter's non season clothes, and the front for her toys. Which made her room look less messy. Drawers can be lock by small screw. We both like it very much.Ophelia

No creeping sounds. We didn't have a box spring under it and it was too low for us because we slept on a taller platform so we're purchasing a low profile box spring to give it more height. Overall it's a great purchase. I love the large drawers for storage. I would highly recommend this bed.sherry
