Perfect bed for preteen.
Bought this for my 10 year old daughter and its perfect for her. It is really low to the ground but its perfect for a preteen. The color is close to a dark Jean look. I put this bed together alone and it took a few hours.

PAID FULL PRICE FOR OPENED AND BROKEN BED FRAME
I bough this bed frame few weeks ago and I was very excited to set it up, BUT when it arrived, the box looked opened and sort of covered with tape. see pics. I opened the box and as I started to go over the pieces, i resized the screws package was ripped apart and most of the screws were missing. I really needed the bed to be put up together as soon as possible, so I just used some screws I had, but then when I was almost done setting it up, i realized some of the pieces were broken. This bed frame had obviously had been used before...it was an opened box!. this is my 2nd time ordering furniture through walmart and honestly, the last. both times the furniture has arrived broken and missing items and walmart won't make themselves responsible for it. Also i have not been able to attach the side boards that go on the headboard because i can't find the screws needed and the seller won get back to me. I PAID FULL PRICE FOR AN USED ITEM!! SHAME!!

    Doesn't look like the photo
    The wingbacks come out 2 inches. The photo makes it look like the wings are a lot deeper. The squares also are not puffy like the photo. The directions were good and took about 1.5 hours with two people.

    Some materials are easy to broke while delivering
    Came broken and it's hard to contact the third party, unfortunately we notice that the last step while putting all together was broken. My daughter loved the design but looks bad having a broken leg (Leg material is hard plastic easy to broke during delivery) wishing to have a refund or at least a leg replacement please

    Nice but thin boards
    Nice bed but the lat board are very thin. We've used dit for about a week and none have broken yet but I don't think they will last very long. I would pay more for stronger lat boards so the bed would last longer.

    So impressed by the quality (and price!)
    I wasn't expecting much, but since it's for my kid who just might outgrow it in a couple of years, I got it (he chose it). I was so impressed by the quality (especially considering the price I paid) that i just might a bed of theirs for myself and my husband. Quality piece, quality hardware and clear simple instructions that made it really easy for me to assemble it all by myself.
