Used iPad thought it was brand new
It was used and it doesn't work well wish I had a brand new that's what I thought I was paying for. The back is scratched so unhappy

    It's all new
    This is my first experience with an Apple product and It has it pros and cons for me. I don't like that there is no "previous" or buttton (icon) and your have to keep hitting the "Home" button and your basically starting over. When I'm looking through my emails for instance, there are the up and down arrows; however, it does not allow you to just go the home port (if that makes sense). I'm still learning my way through the apps and it gets a little frustrating, but I don't know if I'd purchase the IPhone having to always unlock the tablet.

    Still great after all these years!
    You could take it for granted, but it's an excellent product. Improvements have been incremental, but they are significant, such as better cameras and processing, which are making Zoom calls easier.

    Don't buy
    There is so many thing I hate but just a few is that there is no flash. The speakers are nothing like the 10.5”pro which have 4 and are great. I wish I would of bought something else.
