I read reviews before I purchased this item. Also read the description. Clearly says refurbished and gives a grade ‘C', that mentions scratching dents and dings. That being said I'm amazed with this MacBook. Delivered in 2 days. Wrapped nicely and packaged in two boxes. Came with the black case on it and I haven't even looked at it without it on. Screen is perfect and this is awesome. It came almost completely charged and was pretty easy to set up even for a beginner like me. I didn't even care about the mouse or earbuds but they are good too. This was the only way I could afford a nice laptop so I'm ecstatic over the condition and ease. Will use this company again???

Corrupted SSD
Bought a MacBook thinking “dang this is cheap and super awesome! I can't wait!”. Got the MacBook and it powers on to a blank screen. Come to find out the SSD is corrupted. THEY SENT ME A MACBOOK ($215) W/ A CORRUPTED SSD!! I am doing everything to get in contact with no avail. Looking into the fix for the SSD and it'll cost about $160 just to get it fix by a professional. Would not recommend this product at all.

    It's very good for a refurbished MacBook! Cute little Mac and honestly came in great condition for it being refurbished. The battery life is a bit off but otherwise it is amazing! I have had no issues with it, and it's super fast despite being old. Recommend 10/10 if you're just looking for something to watch movies in or something!

    Took forever to up grade it does have good pictures had good and bad but I won't buy another refurbished one again the top cover don't stay on and dented on corners not real bad and had a scratch on the screen .

    I don't have a “9” button. I have two “4 buttons” on the keyboard. Also, the computer is very slow. Apple isn't cheap, but rather than buying refurbished, just buy a new one.

    Great Laptop, Great Price!
    I could not believe I could get a MacBook Air for this price and it actually work. I am so pleased with this little laptop. It came promptly, had a nice black cover on it, charger included. Worked PERFECTLY. Very easy startup, websites load quickly, no problem with internet connections. There were a few tiny dings on the back corners of the laptop but it in no way detracted from its appearance or use. Perfect for travel!

    The computer itself works, I had to update it and call Apple for some support because it was having issues at first. It took over an hour to charge enough to turn on but since then no issues. The mouse was broken. I sent a message asking for the mouse to be replaced and I received back a generic message saying I would be contacted . Haven't heard anything since then so a little aggravated about that. For the price it's a good product it does come in a plain white box wrapped in fed ex carrier bag. No biggie. I haven't tried the ear buds (I will never use them as I use skull candy)

    Comfortable and easy to Carry!
    I love this computer, on an aesthetic level it is really a lot of design really being thin. Very user friendly! The interface is smooth and very easy to use. I love its sleek finish also. The battery life is great!
