I was a bit scared after I ordered bc I read the reviews after the fact BUT when it arrived I was glad I took the risk. There was one tiny chip barley noticeable but that’s it. It runs perfect and looks perfect other than that!

frustrated expectation
the mac arrived on the right day, and that was the only positive point, everything else is negative, several scratches, some parts very dented, I need to recharge every 4 hours. terrible experience, I'm even selling for the same price.

    The lap top is a reasonable price. Delivery was fast. And the performance of the laptop is going well. The esthetic conditions of the device was scratched and the corners were bent. I was very disappointed in that. They give you a case that automatically comes on the laptop which I never took off, until now. I wish I had done that when it arrived. I'm not sure why I didn't remove the protective case. Now I see why they give the protective cover to cover the bad scratches on the laptop.

    This laptop is amazing!
    The laptop is really fast and truly is in a class of its own. Other laptops normally are slow and require a direct internet connection but WiFi is more than enough to have this laptop working smoothly. I would definitely recommend this laptop to another person.

    I absolutely love my laptop Im so happy I took that leap of faith and ordered it , it is in perfect condition . Scratch where ? Dent where ? And It arrived so fast . So thankful for the seller !! Thank you so much ! Thank you for the added accessories as well .

    Upset with the cosmetics :
    Im definitely disappointed because the corner of the computer is bent and for the case to stay on one side only .. Also theres a little rust mark on the screen. Besides a Cosmetics its going to work for what I need it for. It does upset me that they would send some thing that looks like this....The only reason Im giving it two stars is because of the cosmetics of it you purchase something for a couple hundred dollars almost four to be exact, you you want it to look nice! I wish that they would send me something better looking.
