Excellent purchase - no regrets!
This device is exceptional for two reasons: it manages other subscription services (HBOMAX, Prime Video, etc.) in addition to providing Apple TV+ programming. I own Android smartphones & non-Apple computers, and I have been able to use this device to access digital movies in my iTunes account without an iPhone or iPad.

Disappointed
We have been using Apple TV for many years. Decided to upgrade so we can add the apps we want. This new system is not user friendly and neither is the remote. It was not an improvement over our older Apple TV. It is nice to add the apps we prefer, getting them to work it another issue. Hulu was our most used app on our previous Apple TV, on the Apple TV 4K, sometimes it works, most times it doesn't. I plan to return this, too many problems with it.

    If you are an apple product user like I am, this streaming device integrates with your music, photos, games, apple tv+ streaming service and in 4K quality when available. Love it.

    The Ultimate Viewing Experience
    This was so easy to. Set up. OMG! Its an amazingly quick process. Then the stunning true HD 4K picture. Cable was a disservice to my TV. Enjoy a true and crystal clear experience. Its like going from black and white to color!

    Im an apple fan boi now
    The touch sensor might not be for everyone but i love it. Loading times are way faster than any of my other devices. Price is high but honestly i think its been well worth the money

    Apple 4K along with two HomePod mini's make a great combination. A lot of people complain about the remote but I find it very nice. Not sure why people find it so difficult to use. Apple 4K is an excellent streaming device and an excellent HomeKit Hub. The HomePod mini's are excellent in their own right. But that's another whole story.

    I had an Apple TV go break. I decided to save some cash and get a firestick. It didn't do the job, so I got a Roku, same result. I had to get another apple TV. As a Side note, I did not get the firecube or larger boxes of the competitors.

    Excellent Streamer
    Nice streamer with excellent wifi reception. Had a Fire TV box previously and it's wifi would buffer at times (not because of home network speed), not with Apple TV. Much better responsiveness with my Harmony one ir universal remote too (on Fire TV used a flirc with the Harmony for ir control). One of the few streaming boxes that has ir remote capability. Perfect picture clarity, 4k and Dolby Atmos inherent to the device. Top of the line, but does have a top of the line price.

    Great Product - Great Picture
    With a 4k OLED TV, a good sound bar, Ultra High Speed HDMI cables, wired internet and Apple TV 4K you get a great picture, sound and experience. (Did not try wireless internet with Apple TV 4k so I can't speak about the experience).
