    This isnt as advertised!! The computer I received was a 2011 with only 500GB of storage so it wont allow you to update the system. Also the keyboard doesnt work and it glitches really bad. Definitely a regretted purchase.

    Ye Be Warned!!!
    Honestly not what I expected. Package came today not even in a safe box just the computer with bubble wrap around it, random pieces thrown in the box, no instructions whatsoever. Mouse doesn't work, keyboard doesn't work, and it's not the correct thin monitor as described for sale. Contacted supplier and hope they turn it around otherwise I will be returning first thing tomorrow.

    We are really disappointed. It is very dinged up. No scratches on the screen. It still has remote management certificates on it from the previous owner and we can not remove them with out the previous owners permission. That's means we have to track him down. If we can not get it removed we have to return it. As of current the previous owner can change any settings or view any content on the computer as long as it is connected to WiFi. That is not a risk I am willing to take with my personal information.
