I got this for my grandson and he loves it. It shipped fast and was in good condition. I would rather pay a low price for a refurbished Apple product for a child than full price cause they dont take as good of care like an adult. I bought a screen cover and a case cover. The Apple was just like new

    Buyer beware these so called refurbished devices DO NOT WORK. I could not return them and I was under the 30 day return policy

    Too out of date
    While this tablet works just fine for most things, this system is out of date when it comes to downloading certain apps. I believe I will try to return it and get a more current tablet

    This item was a Christmas gift and did not work. I have contacted the company and I am waiting for return permission. I would never purchase a refurbished item again. Bad part is they say the return date expired on December 18, I am waiting to see if either the company or Walmart has integrity for a product that did not work. What a big disappointment for the gift receiver.

    couldn't add another apple ID due to the device having too many IDs used, a message told me to contact Apple support to see what options where available

    Bought because of price. I was excited for my children to use for school. Cannot do anything with them because I cannot upgrade the software. Called the customer service and they informed me that due the age of the device, it is unable to support the new software. So, now they sit in my closet, in the box never to be opened again.
