Ordered this iPad from Walmart.com. Fast delivery product in great shape for refurbished. iPad 4 32 good storage and great customer service. Ordered one from Walmart but came from a vender on Walmart site. The one from Walmart was a better buy. Very satisfied.

    this product shut off at random times from the get go- bought it for a Christmas present has probably been used 20 times since and half of those times it can shut off at different battery life percentages- obviously a batter issue- I bought the extra "Allstate" plat and thats a nightmare in itself- hoping i can get this resolved. Allstate wants you to shut on off and restore to factory and if that doesn't work they will ask you 20 more times to do the same instead of listening to the actual issue.

    We bought this for our 13 year old to game on. We wanted an apple product, but didn't want to spend new apple product prices...so we tried refurbished. It works perfectly and is in GREAT condition! We bought a case and can use it on the go. We are very satisfied with our purchase.

    Great refurbished product. Had a slight issue with authentication onto Apples platform but used help chat via Apple and they resolved it.

    Everything works properly but you can upgrade the 10.0 version and there a lot of apps that aren't compatible so you can't download them.

    Packaging is not ideal for gift situations, a bubble envelope and an off brand charger in a ziploc bag, extremely disappointing, this review has no questions about seller or buying experience it's based on rating iPad, it's an Apple we all know they work well, this review should be about seller and buyer experience.... Apple 100% seller (Walmart 100%) 3rd party 33% that's as best as I can describe, I'm glad I purchased for my mom if not would be very embarrassed to gift!

    Save your money
    This ipad's battery only last 3-4 hours. Only about an hour if actually using it. It takes a full 8 hours or more to charge. I have had it on airplane mode and plugged in charging for 4 hours, it's at 38%.
