Despite advertising as a new phone, I received a used phone with a screen protector on it trying to hide scratches on the screen. I immediately returned the phone for a refund.

    PHONE IS USED.
    selleradvertises this phone as new but in fact it is refurbished. phone was scratched. Not in original box. Battery health only 80%. BE AWARE ...THEY LIST THIS PHONE AS NEW WHEN IT IS NOT!!!

    What happened I already bought 2 iPhones 11 pro unlocked but the seller sent me just one and it's used without the original box and original charger..not brand new it has some scratches I don't recommend this seller to anyone just stay away don't buy anything from this seller
