Ordered this gray IPhone 11 Pro for a doctor in our practice. It arrived Rose When I activated the phone (after the 60 day mark) the microphone wasn't working properly. I called Walmart only to find out it was beyond the return date. I took it to the Apple Store to see if they could help repair. Because not only was it “refurbished” by a third party and the coloring was NOT the color of a true Apple phone, they were not able to help. I'm stuck with a phone that is useless with verbal communication. Our practice has used Walmart for providing iPhones with straight talk for years. I've learned my lesson. $800 thrown away. Disappointed in Walmart

    Great for smaller hands
    The main thing I surely enjoy about this phone is that it fits in my hand perfectly. I can use it one handed and my thumb can comfortably reach across to select something. I am able to take pictures easily one handed without the worry of dropping it. It has great software features as well. The camera is amazing. Great phone overall. I mainly enjoy that I can hold it comfortably.

    iPhone 11 Pro review
    I was expecting the battery life to be longer. It isn't much better then my iPhone 7. It was expensive. It does have all the features I want in an iPhone. Next time I won't purchase the pro series and save the $$$.
