I love this phone all around. Only complaint I have is the battery life is not the best. Yes I know it is a used phone so its not going to be perfect but would love for the battery to be better. Im charging it at least 3 times a day. And the speaker isnt great when the Volume is up, it gets static sounding (but then again it is a used phone.) Despite the two small downsides, this phone is amazing and honestly has better pic quality than my galaxy s9 did lol

    Worst company ever
    I have only had this phone 2 weeks and it will no longer charge. I have tried to get in contact with someone to help me with this situation and NO ONE will contact me. I do not recommend buying any phone from this company. It will be a waste of time. I spent over $200 for this phone

    Not compatible with Straight Talk as advertised
    This phone is not compatible with Straight Talk as advertised. Otherwise it was in perfect condition. Very disappointed.

    Check IMEI to see if its even able to be activated
    Loved this phone but make sure to check and see if its even compatible or able to be activated with your phone carrier, check the IMEI of the phone before you buy it, it is NOT able to be activated at selectel wireless bc it is not certified and not eligible to be activated i wish I would of known before I bought it or I would of gone elsewhere I'm really sad I have to return it bc I love this phone.

    I have received my phone and it has scraps and dents on it all around. It has paint chips all over the back. The battery looses life really fast too.

    Disappointed.
    I'm rating this a 3 because the phone has several little cracks going down the side of the phone as the volume keys. I got the rose gold color. And the phone glitches several times throughout the day no matter what I do. It doesn't list any details about the phone being chipped down the side either. I know I bought it Used, but for over $200, I expected it to be in a little better shape than what it is already. :(

    I couldn't be more happy. This was an upgrade basically from the 6plus then Moto E I had, and I couldn't be more happier with my purchase. I love it and won't go back to android. Shipping was respectfully in time and packaging was fine and came with charger. 5 stars

    Love love love it! Only issue is the charge port is funky sometimes but it just may need cleaned really well. My boyfriend is definitely satisfied though. Hes been looking forward to getting this phone lol
