    HORRIBLE THE PHONE WAS DELIVERED SCRATCHED UP , BOX WAS NOT EVEN CLOSED ALL THE WAY AND MY SCREEN ON THE PHONE HAS SCRATCHES !! Horrible service smh

    Good it has tiny scratches on the back but but that's all I can say overall it's pretty good I don't have any more complains about it works completely fine it was already set up for me I just had to download my apps and everything that was fine everything works no complaints just the scratches back but I can care of that with my case thank you.

    I'm not sure what they did to refurbish this as there is a crack on the home button, a crack across the front facing camera, and the battery life is a max of 82%. They didn't change the battery or repair the cracks. There is also a void sticker over the bottom or somebody messed with the screws. There is dirt in the volume on and off switch, as well as in the speakers. I bought refurbished phones for my kids in the past. This is the worst quality refurbishment I have seen.
