Used phone in great condition
I needed a working phone for trade-in promotion purposes. This phone was rated in "poor, but working" condition. When I received the phone it looked as good as new. I couldn't see any scratches or blemishes. I was very impressed of the quality of this used iPhone.

    1st time wasn't a charm.
    The order was seamless as far as delivery time. The problem was the phone looks like a 800pound gorilla sat on it. When you sit phone on flat surface only the ends touch, the middle of phone is completely bent. The bend was so bad that the screen is coming completely detached from the phone itself. You could literally fit part of finger under corners and feel the separation between the two. Lastly, because of how bad the bend was, the charging port was sideways on the end of phone. I did check battery life before I sent back it was at 81%. Luckily, I ordered through Walmart directly and not 3rd party seller. So, the return has been seamless without any hiccups thus far. I did select a replacement phone, so, keeping fingers crossed the next one is in better condition. I don't expect it to be perfect, but is has to at least be in useable condition. I also selected the 2yr warranty through Walmart initially, because of worries about battery issues, so, if battery life low at least I covered. When I receive replacement phone I will provide proper update. Only thing that saved me from rating a 1star is Walmarts past and present customer service and propensity to make things whole!

    Max battery is 81% , shipped earlier than expecte
    They did good , looks good. It does has sing to left side , not perfect but turns on. Battery life is Max capacity at 81%.

    My phone came with a 78% battery life so luckily I got a 2 year warrenty so I am able to get a new battery cause right now it doesnt stay charged very long so thats annoying specially after spending 300 bucks but guess thats what we get when we buy refurbished.
