Horrible
Didnt even have the phone for a month and stop working, with lines running up and down it !! Have been trying to context someone for over a month for a return and no one is responding !! I have never had an issue before now and I will say this is very disappointing and I will not order from here again !!! I would like a new fun or my money back !!! This picture is how it started now it wont turn on all you see is lines !!!

    A phone for helping calmness !
    I bought this phone after my autistic grandson dropped his phone shattering it. He loved that he played games and listened to music to de-stimulate him. It helped him and momma.

    Screen came extremely scratched up
    I wish I had read the reviews previous to purchase but the phone came and the screen is extremely scratched everywhere. I tried to attach a photo to show but it doesn't even show half the damage because of the glare

    iPhone XR - Enough of an upgrade for the $!
    Like brand new- wouldn’t have known it was bought refurbished. So far so good. Only prob had when activating was with the voice mail. It didn’t transfer over and took some work with tech on provider’s end but haven’t had any prob with the phones vm itself. Looking to replace iPhone but not break the bank %26 not have to settle on something less.

    The phone came with water damage
    There where only a couple scratches on the screen the back was fine but the Face ID was disabled because the TrueDepth camera was ruined by water damage. So I bought a phone that has water damage. I am not happy with my purchase and I recommend others not to purchase!

    Waste of money
    Phone scratched all up and it do not work when turning on this all it says Diagnostic and says contact Apple.com/support. So mad this was my son Christmas present and he won’t be able to use because this company is selling devices that do not work properly. They do not answer calls or call back

    Amazing Job
    I love the fast delivery and the condition of the phone and yes it was actually unlocked I have it on cricket service for my 3 year old. I ordered it on wenesday and it say it would’ve been here that Friday but it came that Thursday around 2:15 pm and she loves it .

    This phone it great of course since it’s a grade B it shows usage but beside that the phone is great for a good price I was a little skeptical about buying for that price but it’s great with fast shipping as well

    Phone arrived brand spanking new, 100% perfect.
    I bought an XR for my son, replacing his older XR and when i tell yiu that the phone i ordered looked beand new, straight out of a Verizon store i mean every word. He chose the color red and i was expecting more minimal scratching on the outside due to being refurbished. I coul not gave been more wrong. The phone looks literally brand spanking new and works perfect. Not one scratch on the red casing to the XR, screen 100% brand new, no scratches whatsoever. Am super impressed and will most definitely be purchasing more phones from this vendor in the future. 20 out of 10 stars! Thank you so much!

    Won't turn on
    I have had this phone for less than a week, it will not turn on despite being on charge. I have contacted the seller to see if I can do anything about this problem. If my phone begin to works again I will change this review but now I am just upset with my purchase.
