    Disappointed
    This worked for a couple of days and then quit. All of the red part is splayed all over the bottom of the thermometer. How do a new one at no charge?

    Keeps temp fine, suction cup not very good
    I have two of these for both my tanks. I have no issues with the product as it keeps accurate temperature I just have issue with the suction not working after a few months (or weeks). They could improve upon that. I just now lean it against the filter or top so I can see the temp. So I can use it, just not able to use the suction cup.

    Its a thermometer. Does what a thermometer does. I replaced my digital thermometer with this and it accurately displays the temperature in my tank without the additional space taken up by wires

    Works, but will eventually need to be replaced.
    Works to tell water temp, but the suction cup turns white and hard and doesn't stick to the glass after about a week. I've had fish for 15 years and it's always the same thing. Works well if you don't mind it floating around in your tank. Also they are very fragile, will break if dropped in the sink while cleaning. Over time the red waxy stuff at the bottom loosens and the stuff inside will move around. I feel this makes the integrity of what temperature you're reading questionable, but they cost less than $2.00 so no big deal to replace when this happens. Just keep an eye on it.

    Does not work
    One star because I cannot give it none. Purchased to make sure my betta fish has a warm enough tank as I live in New Hampshire and it tends to get quite cold. The thermometer DOES NOT WORK. The mercury has been at the bottom of the thermometer for HOURS and I know it isnt negative degrees in this tank, since the water is not sold ice, its nice warm water with a live fish and a water heater. Would like a refund and/or a new and working thermometer.
