    Horrible - lack of communication/ securing in box.
    Bought online and when it arrived it was cracked. The box didn't even say fragile on it for the delivery driver to know. The tank hand bubble wrap all around top and bottom but none on the sides of the tank.

    Arrived completely damaged. As soon as I removed it from the box I could hear the glass cracking. Im sure it happened due to the fact theres no fragile label on the box so it was probably thrown around. Definitely consider putting them on things that contain glass! Id rate the product but I have to wait for a replacement now. Not ticked off, just disappointed as this couldve been easily prevented.

    This item looked prefect for what I needed it for-bought it for "pick up"-brought it home and the glass is broken on the bottom corner and a long crack down the middle. Im trying to get a hold of someone at the store to replace it- I called 5 times now they answer and then put me on hold to then someone picking up and hanging up on me.

    i received this for the first time and it was busted to pieces..soo they sent me another one an once again busted glass and lid..very disappointed asked for my money back..i will never buy it again..i waited another week to get the new one an still broken now i have to find a new one
