works better than expected!
first opening the box I thought I made a mistake because it was made from plastic. I gave it a chance and followed directions. ran the filter under water and freezed it. and later realized I was supposed to add water to the reservoir. my mom wanted to borrow it before I had a chance to really use it. MOM LOVED IT. and one night I turned it on to use myself and I was surprised how much cold air it projected for being a personal a/c. and I get very hot at night under the covers. (3 light settings, 3 fan speed settings. light is blue- my phone makes it appear purple though)

item not as described and pictured
did not receive item ordered. I got a generic version that was used at least once. Filter didn't fit in tray and the water door was detached. sent back next day.

    NO GOOD FAN.
    It does not work as they say it does. As matter a fact, it is just a small fan. DO NOT BUY THIS.

    Not recommend.
    To fill the slightly cold air, you will have to use it in a very, very tiny area and have the cooler point right at you within 1/2 ft distance. The pictures on the box are deceiving!

    Saved me from suffering again
    Live in 2nd floor apartment with a southern exposure. Been using box fans. Typically I sit with no shirt, sweat and be miserable. Thought Artic Air Ultra was a rip off when I took it out of the box. It made a huge difference this summer. It saved me from all kinds of suffering. I like it so much recommended it to a close friend for his garage

    BIG DISAPPOINTMENT
    If I could give this product a no star rating I would. Don't waste your money on this. You would be better off getting a fan. Very disappointed. You have to be right on top of this "A/C" to feel the affects.

    Awful
    Terrible, its just a fan that blows over a tiny little radiator that water flows through. The build is cheap plastic and I even had to fix one of the vanes on the front grill which had broken loose in shipping. The cooling effect is negligible at best and makes your area feel HOTTER in a humid environment as it makes you more humid.

    Vary disappointed, have to get right in front to cool a hand or face or neck and so on leaks filter saturated with water more water pouring over it,so bottom of unit to small leak s out
