Fits one elk, but not much more
This is a great compact upright freezer, just make sure the internal volume is enough. In my case, it is just barely large enough to fit an elk's worth of meat, this would probably be too small to fit a whole butchered cow.

Purchased online on 12/26, delivered on 12/30. The carton did not have any outward damage. When I removed the shipping carton every side of the freezer had multiple dents, and one puncture right through the side. Thee unit was definitely damaged before it was shipped.

    Arrived flawless. Works great.
    My freezer arrived in ONE DAY with no dents, dings, or issues with the shelves not aligning that others have reported. The box had a small gash, but foam was adequate to ensure nothing was damaged. Maybe packaging has improved or there was simply less transit handing since I am so close to a distribution hub. We chose this over a chest freezer simply for the smaller footprint to better fit our space. Note that it will def not hold as much as equivalent volume chest freezer simply because it cannot be packed as efficiently. Inner width is 16" and shelf depth 14", but will allow approximately 16" and not obstruct the door.

    Came broken like most reviews said
    I can't speak to the actual freezer since I haven't connected it because it came broken. I should've listened to the majority of the reviewers who said this came in broken. I don't know how Walmart hasn't done something about this knowing this is an issue. So disappointing.

    Works, but a pain in the butt
    The freezer came in dented. It wasn't working at first, we had a futz with the cord and tried three different plugs before we realized it was just the freezer. Probably because the motor is also dented. Once we got it to work, it worked great but may have a slight air leak. There's also no indication that it's on (no tell tale signs/ light/etc). Other then that it's quite and compact, but holds plenty.

    Disappointed
    Damaged Door. Five minutes after item was delivered we opened package and noticed the door on lower right hand corner was damaged. Beautiful product but very poor handling and delivery.

    Another dented delivery.
    I believe this is a nice product. However, it came with several dents likely incurred in shipping. The only reason I am keeping it is because it freezes and will not be seen by anyone outside the family. Suggest Walmart find another shipper. If the damage is occurring in warehouse better procedures are needed

    Good buy
    It arrived on time. Box was not damaged at all no dents or scratches. The FedEx man was nice enough to deliver to the garage. Let it set for recommended time and when I plugged in cooled right down.

    Very Disappointed with Walmarts Customer Service
    This is the second one I ordered because the first one was badly damaged. This one is dented on both sides. I can no longer go without a freezer so I asked to be given a credit for the damage. They offered $25 which seemed disrespectful. I turned it down and they said they would transfer me to someone who could help further. Once transferred, the approximate wait time was 55 minutes. I can not wait on the phone that long and have heard nothing else from Walmart on this.

    Great buy!!
    Not sure what happened with the other reviewers but I had absolutely no issues with my freezer. It came with no dents or scratches. It was delivered to my garage door. The box was beat up but the freezer was had no damages to it. Its looks really good in my garage and it has enough room for the kiddos foods. Great buy!
