Awesome machine!
So I received my A/C today and let me tell you it's an amazing machine ❤️!! It's super powerful for my 20x20 bedroom and it has icicles hanging off the ceiling! Lol jk. But in all realness this A/C has a great list of features and is made very well I give it 5 stars ✨ and two thumbs way way up. It came fast and it came in perfect condition. Yay Walmart!

product received without power cord. tried to get power cord from manufacturer. manufacturer refused to do anything. contacted the seller, no response. Cannot return to Walmart without power cord even though it arrived without one. Having to order power cord from Amazon, pay out of pocket, then have to pay someone to come put the power cord on as I am not an electrician or familiar with wiring. basically it was a waste of money I wont get back .

    Beware the customer service
    Product was delivered 2 days late and arrived with broken parts. I called the number that was given in the booklet that arrived with the air conditioner and was directed to leave a message or text. I left a text with photos and was finally contacted 2 days later. The response—we will text the seller. I'm sorry!!—aren't u the one who's number is packaged with the unit that says call if there's a problem? And I got hung up on! Not very good customer service here. I'll buy my own $2 replacement for the broken caster. Buyer beware… Oh, the air conditioner unit itself works great. Unfortunate they don't back up a good product.

    I would not buy too loud and too big.
    The Picture makes it looks like it is a med to small unit but it is pretty big, loud, and heavy. It was also missing the plastic hose. The main picture shows no big plastic tubing that has to be connected and assembled through an outside window. I would have been better off getting a window unit. The remote readings do not match the unit settings. Probably will just return it.

    Seller did not consult me re shipping date. I will not be at home on that date. Pkg will be outside unattended, %26 will be stolen. I asked for change of dlvy date, but was ignored.

    First, I would like to say this the air conditioner was packed in a very good shipping box with a Styrofoam base, and top to absorb the shocks. Without naming names, the courier/delivery company had severely abused this partial! It was promised one day the truck pulled up and two minutes later pulled out the next day. The unit comes and the driver side. I have the info on my computer, but I don't have the package the day prior as he put the box on my deck . And dealing with the seller I told him that I was leery about keeping the unit because the box was so severely damaged. I didn't know if the unit was damaged internally. He offered me at that point a 50% discount I excepted that and I put a three year extended warranty on the unit. I've been very accustomed to doing my shopping in brick and mortar and I've changed my shopping to online and these experiences are making me very leery of doing so in the future with items like this. The seller was very good with his customer service skills that much I did appreciate

    Total waste of $300 dollars!!!!
    30 days working then it just died. Walmart wouldn't replace. Phone number on the owner's manual was the cell number for someone who claimed they would contact the seller. Obviously no number for the manufacturer. A week later the person supposedly contacting the seller left a cell message that they couldn't make contact with the seller. I would be happier if the AC would have lasted a year but one month???? I wish I would have spent my $300 on a flat screen or anything else. Very disappointed.

    Instructions and kit were very easy to follow.

    amazing A/C Unit
    the A/c unit works perfectly. doesnt seem to pull much electricity. im using in it in my camper that cant take much of a pull on power but the unit still doesnt kick the breakers. its wonderful.

    Great Portable Air conditioner at a great price
    This portable airconditoner is the way to go if you dont have a big unit forthe whole house.Its so easy install into a window.I just get a large container to collect the water or buy a longer hose that goes from the unit out the window.I recommend this unit to anyone.Its good if your power is out.I hook it up to my generator and stay cool when power is out and yes the generator is outside with a extesion cord rain to my unit.The seller called me and asked me how my unit is doing.I told him I'm very happy with it and will pass it along to others.Rating is ***** 5 stars all the way!!!!
