Dont read instructions, just look at picture
Everyone is complaining about the instructions... we never looked at them. We had just put together 4 kids bikes in the previous weeks- so we looked at the pic and it made sense. The fabric for the basket is my only complaint. It appears to be removable and actually useable... but stretching it over the basket damaged it. Get it on, and leave it on.. dont fuss with it too much. Mine was shipped to door, put together at home.. no missing pieces, no damaged parts.

Disappointing
The bike arrived in a box that was damaged - like as if it were run over by a tractor and the bike itself was damaged too. Broken and bent wheels make for a sad bike. Very disappointed I'm trying to get refund/replacement now and hope that will turn out better than the delivery process.

    Why was this even available in inventory?
    It showed up with dents and rust. The fabric of the basket liner is stained and has holes in it. Covered in a layer of dirt. Paying over $200 for a new bike definitely expected better.

    Not the best packaging or manufacturing
    Bike was not packaged well, it came with some scratches and a bend. Definitely a struggle to assemble. The directions were incorrect, I assume, with the front fender. Which is very strange. However, just flip it around and line it up with the front hole to get it to work. Make sure you also have a hammer handy because I also had to bang the seat in and the basket bracket around to the front. I haven't ridden it yet, I am still skeptical. Hopefully it doesn't drop to a one. You get what you pay for i guess?? It is still very cute!!!

    Do not waste your money on this pink bike. It's not worth it. It showed up at my house. All scratched up beat up. Looks like it's been used a couple times. Dropped a couple times horrible purchase never again.

    delivered dirty and rusty bike-like used
    don't buy online and have it shipped to your house. buy from the store in person. I bought a brand new (supposedly) one and they delivered an assembled dirty and rusty bike! I asked the delivery guy where it came from? He said it came from their OSGOOD, Fremont, CA store. Why Walmart is tolerating such employees (who are processing online orders) to ship such bad condition of item to their customers? So disappointing! BUT, Walmart is so generous! I was given a $10 coupon for not meeting customers' expectation. lol!

    The rear tire has a bad bead on it and blew the first tube at 25psi. Bought a new after market tube. This one made 37psi. Can NOT get any replacement parts for this. I will be returning and buying a bike that you can get replacement parts for if need be. What a disgrace to sell something you can't even get replacement parts for. 1 star is 4 to many. Don't buy this thing cause if something is wrong there is nothing you can do but send entire bike back and wait for a new one. If it wasn't for this issue and better customer service for just sending a new tire and tube it would be 5 stars.

    Just know that a cruise requires muscle and that you have to make very wide turns. I fractured my ankle the first time I tried using the cruiser as I was used to a racing bike, making the turn. It's a pretty bike though.! I will most likely return it because of the juju it created.

    Don't waste your money on this bike!!
    I was very excited about this bike BUT, it came damaged, couldn't even tell if it was manufacturer issue or shipper(FedEx). Scuffs in the paint, and a major dent in the back fender. The bike chain cover was malleable and easy to bend/wiggle, as well as the fenders. Upon assembling, the handle bar bolts stripped easily and even after tightening as tight as possible, the handle bars WOULD NOT tighten and kept shifting. The seat is a whole other story, upon tightening as much as possible the seat kept tilting back and forth and wouldn't stay in place. Very disappointing with the price of this bike. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

    Highly Highly Dissatisfied.
    HIGHLY DISSATISFIED. My bicycle came in a box that was extremely damaged. And due to the box being extremely damaged it was scratched so bad and bent beyond being able to just overlook. I was extremely upset because I was very excited about this. Do not order online go to the store. I would give shipping a ZERO if I could.
