    Luxury Mirror For Less!
    Loveeee this mirror! The size and look were everything I wanted. I can't believe how cheap this mirror was considering the quality! You need this!

    Poor Packaging Quality - Item Arrived Damaged
    Don't waste your time ordering this mirror. The packaging quality is extremely poor. There are two thin pieces of styrofoam protecting the front and back of the mirror. I would be shocked if 1% of these mirrors arrive with no damage to the consumer. Not sure why any manufacturer would think that's acceptable packaging for a 50 pound mirror. Extremely disappointed that this arrived shattered in a million pieces and Walmart couldn't even replace the item because it could only be returned. What a waste of my time and my money.

    Risk it for the biscuit! Looks gorgeous.
    I was really worried based on other reviewers comments about it arriving broken but I guess I was lucky to receive it in one piece! It's very pretty and looks more expensive than it is. Very light weight so it feels a bit flimsy. We will tie it to the wall so that it feels safer. Overall satisfied with this purchase! Bougee on a budget achieved.

    Broken on delivery
    This item arrived shattered and the frame bent. Likely has more to do with the shipping company but more care could be taken to package it well. They also don't want me to return the item so I'm left with this giant broken mirror to figure out how to discard.

    Came damaged - great customer service
    Beautiful mirror but came damaged. Unfortunately out of stock so I can’t order again. Seller was kind enough to refund me and I don’t have to send it back. FedEx is horrible. The box states that it’s a mirror and it’s fragile but yet they broke it anyway. FedEx is known for this. Hope the seller can get their money back from FedEx.

    Great mirror at a great price!
    Great mirror at a great price! We hung this mirror after removing the back piece. This was lighter than other similar mirrors making hanging easier. We had to add our own backing for hanging though.

    Waiting on Customer Service Now
    Just as many others have stated, it arrived broken. It has lots of fragile labeling on the box but FEDEX does not care. I saw the delivery driver slam it up against one of our pillars. If only they could use UPS… I’m hopeful the seller responds! The photo is of the empty base, I didn’t want to fully open it all the way as glass being everywhere would be dangerous.

    Mirror Fail
    I knew purchasing from an online retailer would be a hit or miss. I was super excited to see this item in person. To say I think the product is not the issue but rather the shipping of the product. Looks as though no thought or consideration was put to the shipping of this item. Even with the styrofoam in the front and back the product itself was completely shatter upon arrival. I was so upset and disappointed. I am reaching out to retailers regarding this product but the processing times to get this resolved are absolutely infuriating. Having to wait another two days to even get a response on their behalf. If anything changes I will update this review but as of right now, not a happy shopper at all.
