Keeping our laminate floors cleaner
I use the Bissell Power-Fresh Pet Lift-Off to clean laminate flooring (we're a multi-dog family). As I hoped, the unit leaves very little moisture on floors and is much safer to use on laminate than the older steam cleaner I own. The Bissell will make keeping floors clean much more convenient.

I wish negative stars could be an option
It took me months to shop for a steam unit more to help with things that I have to scrub. So when we saw this unit we thought a ha a two for one.. it is one of the biggest mistakes I purchased. Hand steamer is nothing like advertised. If you want to waste your time using it jist to go back over and clean anything you use the lift off unit for tha. This is thee product for you. Other wise don't waste your time money and energy.

    Does the job, but not without its faults
    (This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Heavy and hard to maneuver when cleaning floors. Will easily tip over as soon as you take your hands off of it, even if left in a proper upright position. I've used it about a dozen times, mostly handheld to steam the sofa. The hose has now detached from the tip and exposed the white tubing right where my hand would be holding the attachment, on the orange piece. Impossible to click it back into place. Small tank, need to refill frequently. Awkward to refill, has to be done on its side, through a very small hole, and the bob inside should have been a bright color so we can see it when it comes up and it's near full. Lots of spills happen every time. Regardless of high or low steam setting, it drips a lot, ending up with some very wet spots.

    Buyer beware. I've had nothing but issues with the ball inside that is supposed to gauge the water level for operation. It comes loose easily and it has prevented me from being able to steam clean my apartment. Spent an hour today trying to get it to steam.

    Excellent Floor Steamer! Highly recommended for floor cleani
    I LOVE THIS STEAMER!!! It's absolutely phenomenal at steam mopping floors! The steam is directly at the floor, you don't see the steam coming out the edges of the mop head with is fantastic (in my opinion). The handheld steam pod is powerful, but is finicky because if the pod is not upright and level with a flat surface the steam will stop and have trouble producing a continuous stream. It works great though if you use the hose and keep it seated on a flat surface like a counter top, or the floor. The steam could be more powerful in the handheld mode depending on the attachment (like when using the angle concentrator). It's good for getting around the toilet seat and into the screws. The scrubbing brushes are amazing! The brushes combined with the steam make it a powerful cleaner without using chemical sprays. It also works well to leave mirrors and windows squeaky clean. Just make sure you steam the surface before using the squeegee because some stuck on stuff takes more steam to release with the squeegee. The fabric steamer is excellent, it gets up close to the fabric and directs the steam right into the upholstery. Overall this is a great, handy 2-in-1 steam mop for everyday household use. It you are looking for something to get the most stuck on messes without the hassel of the finicky steam pod it may not be the one for you. But considering how excellent of a steam mop it is, the handheld mode is a nice bonus for fun above the floor cleaning.

    USED PRODUCT!!
    I really wanted this, so I checked Walmart, Amazon and Target. Amazon had so many reviews where people received used products, but Walmart seemed safe. Well, I hit the jackpot! I received a used one! It came in a brown Bissell box and looked fine on the outside. But once I opened it, I could see that it wasn't packed properly. I took it out anyway to check it. The should be NO condensation in the tank of a new one. Mine has plenty, plus left over water! The bristles on the big mop head are frayed, the small mop cover is dirty, the parts are dirty, there are dirty fingerprints all over it, and I'm guessing there should be a plastic wrap on a new one, because mine has the remains. This is just ridiculous and I wish I could submit more than 2 photos so everyone could see! I did NOT pay $140 for a dirty, used product, which I don't even know works. There's no point in testing it, because there's no way I'll keep this and have started a return. Really Walmart?? I'm not one to jump on my computer to write a bad review, but this is unbelievable! I still want this, so I'll get it elsewhere.

    Great for puppies and tile!
    #sweepstakes We run a dog rescue and always worry about things like coccidia and giardia and worms. Cleaning is so easy now and my grout stays clean and the puppies stay healthy. I also use the attachments to set up a steam shower for puppies when they come down with a cough. It's like a handheld hot shower (PLEASE do not spray dogs with steam! Just the room!)

    I wish I had bought this mop years ago!
    This mop came highly recommended among my pet owner friends. I can see why they love it. The standard mop head is high effective in cleaning floors of muck and guck. The attachments are what makes this a phenomenal product. As gross as it sounds, I thought I had dark brown grout around my stone entryway. The grout is actually light brown and I'm a tiny bit ashamed for living that way for so long. I have recommended this product to others now as well! #sweepstakes

    I liked the scented pucks.
    I have 3 cats and using cleaning products on the floor scares me, I've only used it twice but so far I really like it and I have no worries about my pets. I looked at your products because you support animals and all of mine are rescues.

    Highly recommended and it makes cleaning fun!
    I love this steam mop! First day it arrived, I cleaned the linoleum and the wood floors, it did a fantastic job and we have two large breed dogs that make a mess with their big feet! Then I tested the grout attachment, my grout is supposed to be this light? Yes! Nothing I ever used could get my grout this clean. I used the brush tool and clean the kitchen faucet, all of the caked on water spots around the base plate disappeared! I love how easy it is to use this steam mop, and that I can use it as a hand held steamer. Easy to fill the water too, just disconnect the handheld part and turn it on its side, no need to lift the entire steam mop. Cord is plenty long, and the steamer is ready in 30 seconds.
